We were given half a prescription for my daughter, without being told this when we picked it up. When we started to run low, we noticed it was only half the prescription at that time so when we called to get the other half, we were told that by picking it up, it voids the prescription. So them not communicating and not following the order, is now my families problem. Instead of acknowledging or trying to help, the pharmacist blamed us for picking up the prescription. My wife suggestion if they are going to do this, they should require customers to sign and acknowledge they were informed but got a snarky response from the pharmacist. We will be looking for another pharmacy as this isn't the first time communication has been poor, however, the reason we will leave is the pharmacist himself (male) and his attitude.

Rude to me. Rude to my veterinarian. The pharmacy workers here could use some customer service training. I now drive further away and pay more but at least I get treated respectfully now.

Pharmacy here is always slow, rude, and unprofessional. They have no manners or people skills. I've worked in retail and food, and yeah hours can get long and tiring but I never acted the way these people do. On top of being slow and constantly forgetting the other people that are waiting, they never call when the prescription is ready. Wish my insurance took more places than Walgreens - the only decent one is Dobson and Chandler road.

maybe this walgreens it self is okay but the pharmacy is not. i have never been treated so RUDE in my entire life at a walgreens PHARMACY. Finny or Phinny how ever you spell his name is not a person you want helping with your prescriptions. if you don't agree with him AND are TRYING to walk away he will call you names and flip you off. DONT COME TO THIS PHARMACY unless you're dealing with the ACTUAL pharmacist who is a very NICE lady - not a male with dark hair, feminine voice, and glasses because you will definitely have a hiccup in your day.HOWEVER, the assistant manager Greg helped SO MUCH!! he's a guy who knows how to solve a solution. i'm sorry Greg and NICE pharmacist lady, to have the male mentioned above bring your place of business down because he can't control how he acts with a sick customer.

Incompetent employees at the pharmacy. Yes, I love that it's open around the clock, but like what do they require to work there?!... I was charged $100 more for my prescription cause the guy used an outdated discount card- but insisted it was done correctly. I get that they are busy, but either give customers access to add their own info or do your job correctly... not this nonsense.

The pharmacy botched my medication refill Twice in 24 hours, and sent me to another Walgreens 9 miles away, only to arrive and be told that the quantity was wrong.

I clip a coupon online for airwick, buy one, and get one free. So I was at the store, bringing my airwicks to the lady cashier [the one always sitting down] she says it was on sale already, so I have to pay for both. It is always an issue @ this store. So I went to another walgreens no problems at all. All walgrrens should be the same.

The drugstore is incredibly incompetent. The number of times my medicines went days without being supplied. Would you like to call and ask them why it takes them three days to fill one prescription? Guess what! You can't because no one picks up the phone! Go somewhere else to save yourself the headache.

I love this Walgreens! It's 24 hours, the pharmacy staff professional and knowledgeable. I get my flu shot here every year and Dan, the pharmacy technician is so helpful along with the Pharmacists. I also like the store staff, Jill is very nice and skilled at her job! I have nothing but great experiences there.

Unfortunately, I agree with the reviews about the pharmacy. Service is unfriendly and they were not helpful. While picking up my son's prescription, the cost was significantly higher ($150 more) than the price last year. The woman I spoke to was eager to move onto the person behind me and kept asking if I was going to get the medicine while I was trying to figure I why it was so expensive. I did not have this experience at the Walgreens at Guadalupe and Alma School, and I highly suggest going go a different location or switching pharmacies all together.

One person says they don’t have our insurance on voicemail even though we filled here recently, call back they do, prescription ready but high cost, call back they don’t have insurance on file, Call back to give it to them, they do have insurance. Many inconsistencies and very poor service. Fry’s was SO much better but insurance doesn’t cover there. Get it together!!

Phone service is not the best. Waited on hold 20 minutes before somebody actually answered the call. During that 20 min, the call would ring, and then you can hear it answered and immediately get out back on hold. That happened 6 times before a person said something. After it was actually answered, I was put back on hold for another 2 minutes. Not the best for prompt customer service
