I dropped off a prescription this morning. They told me it would be 2 hours; they said they'd call when it was ready.After 4 hours, I called them. The auto response stated I didn't have any prescriptions waiting. I asked to speak with someone in the pharmacy and they put me on hold for 10 minutes, answered periodically to tell me to wait, then hung up on me! I called back three additional times, because I really need my medication, and they hung up on me again!!!

Joey in the pharmacy is awesome! We came in late night and they were out of the meds my child needed. He quickly rerouted to the closest pharmacy and ensured it would be filled in arrival (it was!). He even helped to update my account since my insurance can be a little tricky.I really appreciate his help. Outstanding service!

Here's another poor performance by this Walgreens.Some medicines need to be taken immediatly to slow down the effects, such as heart medicines and shingles medicines.My daughter dropped off her prescription because she got shingles. They claimed the wait time was two hours. She called but, they kept hanging up on her.4 hours later I went to pick up my daughter's meds and they still hadn't filled it. They had cast it aside. After waiting another 20 minutes they filled it and I asked to talk to the manager.I told the manager we were conparing pharmacies and told her what had happened to my daughter. I told her they hung up on my daughter three times. The manager just laughed and said well at least we are in the running. What??? I told her.. NO they were losing. (no apology.. she just laughed)In the meanwhile, I could hear the other girl working there say that she just accidently refilled her own prescription ... and she just laughed. I don't think you are supposed to refill your own prescription.I don't recommend this place at all.They are so rude and concerned about refilling their own prescriptuions they don't have time to help the public.signed,no longer a customer of walgreens.p.s. they had 7 people behind the counter. ARG!

This store is always friendly and helpful. I went in today and even though it was Thanksgiving, Cooper was very friendly and had a good attitude. I always enjoy this store.

Started out really great. It’s the phone that is the issue. I am going on 29 minutes, no respect to just say “Hi thank you for calling, the hold time is this.” They just let it ring, pick up and put you back on hold. No talking or can you please hold? crazy! I’ve never seen anything like it.

I had surgery done and the only gave me my antibiotics and did got my pain medication. I was on the phone in his fire over an hour. Never got a hold of them....

Long story short, pharmacy staff is abrupt and rude. Signed up for text notification, didn't receive one so what's the purpose of that feature. Prescription is an easy fill...took all day.

This pharmacy is a joke! Dropped off a prescription and told to come back hours later. Came back and they told me it was over the counter yet couldn’t find it for me. The team is a joke, their lack of education and knowledge is terrible.

Terrible customer service. On multiple occasions they have given me the wrong photo-book or messed up by putting extra blank pages in the middle of a photo-books, etc. Called this morning to let them know they yet again gave me the wrong book and I needed to make sure they had the correct book ready for pick up. They proceeded to put me on hold mid sentence and then hang up. Definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.

The wait is terrible. I went inside at 2p well after their lunch and all the security doors were up. You could also hear them talking about their personal dating and clubbing lives. This pharmacy has gone down hill.

Horrible service. The website says open at 7:00 am. When I went to the store the staff were very rude and just said: "come back at 10:00 am". I clicked to refill my Rx online and then nothing happened. No call, no update, just a black hole. After all, this is a medical prescription, not shaving cream I was ordering off of Amazon. When I call the store, I'm put on hold for 40 minutes because I don't have an "Rx number" for the bot to have me type in. Unreal.
