Received EXCELLENT customer service from both Hai and Julian while shopping this location. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be back, thanks to them. Good customer service goes a long way with me.

I’ve moved so it’s kinda outta my way but I continue to come to this location. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Linda in the pharmacy is always friendly to everyone- seems to know people by name. She checked and was able to get my prescription cost lowered by almost 1/2. Everyone in the pharmacy is helpful and patient. I bought a card as I was leaving and Julian was so thoughtful and gave me a pen. That’s what makes this place my Walgreens.

Went to pick up my online photo order, the employee was literally in the back straight up ignoring me. You can hear her phone playing tik tok videos or some kind of social media. Had to find another employee to assist me, only when she saw that I found someone else did she jump out of her seat and tell the other employee she would take care of me. Even the other employee had asked her “you were back there the whole time?” and all she could say was “yes” no apology or anything for making me wait 5 plus minutes…

Can y'all get a full time staff member to work the photo counter? Or at least have the cashiers pay more attention instead of talking amongst themselves?? Everytime I come in to pick up an order I either have to hunt an employee down for assistance or go interrupt the cashiers.

Poor customer at the Walgreens on Chandler Blvd east of Dobson. An employee argued with me about using a coupon, but then eventually, she realized she could apply my coupon to my purchases. No apology. I talked to the manager who said she would talk to the person.

Every time I come to this location Aleisha is so helpful! All of the management is! Any time I have any issues with photos Aleisha always helps me correct the issue and is extremely professional! She also handles other customers very well. My most recent experience she was helping an irate customer who was yelling at her and seemed extremely entitled to be helped first when there were 2 customers that were in front of him and she explained she had to go to the office to finish helping the first customer and she would be able to help him as soon as she was done, he yelled at her and demanded she help him first and she handled the situation extremely well. She remained calm and assisted both customers and the irate customer with poise. I don’t live close to this Walgreens and I go out of my way to drive to this location because I have had wonderful frequent visits and the customer service is amazing!

I've had repeated negative experiences with a manager named Alicia at this Walgreens location. While I overlooked issues during my initial visit, my most recent interaction on (04/12/2024) around 7pm was appalling.
When I picked up my supplements, there was a mix-up with my buy-one-get-one-free order. I politely asked if Walgreens would either honor a 50% discount for the missing item (as other locations do) or allow me to return the products. Alicia called me a liar, rudely said "nah," and walked away, leaving me with unwanted items.
Trying to get her name from the staff at the front two registers to report the incident to corporate, she returned and became confrontational in front of other customers. Though I regret it, I eventually lost my composure due to her behavior.
She then shouted, "I don't care man, this isn't no career, it's a 9 to 5" in front of two rows of customers. I still haven't received a refund for the nearly $100 purchase, and this implies she has no intention of providing one.
This unprofessionalism and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I'm pursuing a formal complaint with Walgreens corporate and potentially filing a police report if my refund is not processed. It's a shame, as the pharmacy at this location is fantastic, but I will likely need to find another Walgreens for my medication.

Pharmacy staff told me my wife's prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I left and came back in an hour. When I got back, they told me it would be ready in 10-15 more minutes and treated me like a jerk when I pointed out I had been in an hour ago and gotten the same story. Will not be sending prescriptions here again.

This pharmacy staff is awesome, friendly and so organized! My family quit using Walgreens pharmacy many years ago in Ahwatukee due to long waits and incompetence ! Had to take my daughter to Walgreens for insurance to cover her vaccines so I decided to use one farther away from mine due to previous poor service! This one rocked it! 730 pm vaccine appoint Checked right in, the employees , all smiles! Shots and gone in 7 minutes! Highly recommend these folks! I'll be back! Went on 9/26/2023 7:30 pm

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is awesome! They work hard, quick and always get prescriptions done on time and complete. We expect that, but Pharmacists there go over and above - when I had an emergency and needed my mother's prescription in the same day - I called, explained the situation and the Pharmacist said, I can do this, I can have it read for you in 15 minutes. I was faced with a very stressful situation and they made it work. They have an excellent; 'how can we help?' attitude. I won't go anywhere else!

I just had OUTSTANDING/EXCEPTIONAL PHOTO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALEISHA!!!! I work at Edward Jones and we pride ourselves with Customer Service - so when I see someone standout with Customer Service the way Aleisha stood out - I make sure I write upper management to recognize the great employee you have! Aleisha went out of her way to make sure I was heard, listened to, efficient, followed through, was polite and courteous. She also even called me back to let me know the book was complete and communicated all correctly my questions as well. She deserves recognition in my book for standing out as a STAR employee. I have been going to Walgreens Photo for years and Aleisha definitely went above and beyond. You have an outstanding associate and she should be recognized as such. Hard workers who truly care and go above and beyond are to be treasured.

From visiting Walgreen Pharmacy in Chandler, Arizona, Thursday, August 03, 2023, an insubordinate Walgreens Pharmacist "Brit" should be investigated for her inappropriate medical Pharmacologist skills of false accusation judgment based on my longevity prescribed medications due to The Americans with Disability Act. I had a horrific and offensive experience with a Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit "asking to refill my long-term prescription from my provider. I told her I was using my GoodRx coupon instead of my insurance. Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit" refused to refill my prescription from my provider, and she accused me of consuming different types of prescriptions as a problem of her concern since I am visiting Arizona for personal reasons. She was unprofessional, belligerent, hostile, disrespectful, and using disturbed foul language using perplexed abnormal head to toe using human body gesture movements as a threat. I am distraught, worked-up, and dissatisfied with a Walgreens Pharmacist, "Brit" for repulsive ignorance of my prescribed long-term medication. "Brit" should be investigated for her inappropriate medical Pharmacologist skills of false accusation judgment based on my longevity prescribed medications due to The Americans with Disability Act.
