This was originally a one-star review, but I want to give a shout out to the wonderful young lady at the pharmacy that wears the beautiful scarf. Her customer service skills are top notch, she is kind and attentive, and really makes the line move when there's a lot of customers.
Original review: The store is fine but the pharmacy is terrible. Under staffed, rude, hang up on you when you attempt to call. Bad business.

This Walgreens is the worst service I’ve ever saw at the pharmacy. The employees is so rude. They don’t have the prescriptions ready when you need them. It’s an awful place.

This place SUCKS. They call you telling you its time for your Re-fill and it will be ready the next day. you call back and they always tell you. it's not READY. Never. i've had this go on for MONTHS. this place is a JOKE. They only get 1 star from me. because i have to give them a rating.

i worked here for 8 months and i now understand why this location can't hire staff or keep their staff. in my time as an independent beauty consultant here i was used/taken advantage of, consistently lied to/lied about, mistreated, and disrespected to say the least. i was known as a devoted and overachieving employee among employees, executives, and customers alike. in return, my GM Brittany Tarrants somehow held me accountable for adult coworkers' (of whom i didn’t collab with or have jurisdiction over) lack of good decision-making and character in their professional and personal lives— personal lives?? she then released fabricated private info about me to her employees after i announced my overdue resignation and declined her ongoing requests to reconsider.
i regretfully ignored my prior awareness of her total lack in ethicality and leadership ability upon witnessing her lie to foolish employees about wages, aggressively push young employees to sign up for the store credit card, insist another young employee convince an evicted homeless woman to sign up for the store credit card, and allow unqualified individuals to handle meds in pharmacy. I saw no real effort ever put to foster a well-run location or competent managerial conduct. it was instead desperately and constantly put to cover up a failing store location/workplace, to convince employees not to quit, and to push family/employees into releasing fake customer reviews attesting a positive location experience. district management Rick Ramos only patronized me in my speaking out and area management Mobeen Moslem ignored me entirely, but beauty area executives were wonderful and proactively supportive of me. I was truly blessed with loyal clients who knew nothing about my situation and chose to follow me out into my new endeavors. IT WAS A PLEASURE TO SERVE MY PEOPLE :)

This rating is for Walgreens in general.
It's no wonder Walgreens is closing hundreds of stores nationwide. HAVE YOU SEEN THE PRICES?! Outrageous prices! Pretty much everything is double or triple prices at Walmart or Target.
Suave body wash $1.97 at Walmart.
$5.99 at Walgreens. Exact same bottle.
I could go on and on. The grocery aisle where all the product is miniaturized but the prices are quadrupled.
Consumers are not stupid. Eventually they catch on which would explain your traffic count in your stores and all the closures that are happening and coming.

Oh my goodness........I am calling from a dental office. I need to call in a prescription for our patient. I waited on hold for 45 minutes. Someone kept picking up the phone and then put me right back on hold with out saying anything. I'm so frustrated!!!

Do not shop here! Look at the 2.3 rating this is ridiculous does Corporate not check the ratings for this store? They are Extremely Racist here! Everyone here is. The Manager Brittany asked me if I was ok just because I was walking towards the register in a hurry. Then she yelled out stop him he is stealing!??? When she came around the corner she saw me paying at the register and my girlfriend was very upset. My girlfriend asked her what did you just say? And she said oh I thought you guys were stealing. It was really embarrassing when all I was doing was purchasing gifts for my beautiful daughters. I explained what happened to the man at the register and he just starred at me with a blank expression like he didn't care at all and he looked like he agreed with Brittany! When i asked him who the Manager was he said it was her Brittany! So I left the store felling Helpless, Extremely embarrassed and Very Upset! I will never shop again and we are filing complaints with corporate!

My first time using this pharmacy, may be my last. Had to go urgent care, have a problem with my eyes and in a lot of pain. Waited over TWO HOURS only to be told they won’t be ready until sometime the next day, despite 3-4 pharmacy techs working. This was after calling and waiting on hold over 10 minutes with no one answering the phone. I’ve been in and out CVS pharmacies in less than 10 minutes, I’d keep going there if my insurance didn’t dictate otherwise. Going to make for a long and uncomfortable painful night.

This store is ver accommodating. Laurie, the pharmacist definitely is amazing. Laurie is very hands on and always has great customer service!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR FEDEX PACKAGES REDIRECTED HERE FOR PICKUP. I made the mistake of doing so and the package, which contained something irreplaceable, mysteriously disappeared while in their care. Apparently my package would have been safer had it just been left at my front door unattended than entrusted to Walgreens to hold for pick up.

I'm blessed for my loyal clients who chose to follow me out. ITS TIME TO STRIVE FOR BETTER :)

While the staff was courteous and friendly, the pharmacist Luanne Wardy was very rude! I was asking for a cream from over the counter and while I kept looking, I couldn’t find it. So I went to ask at the pharmacy, the pharmacist pointed rudely to where I can find it. I kept looking and still was not able to see it ( it’s not something I get ever) so I went to ask a pharmacy tech he was sweet but didn’t know so he asked the pharmacist and she very rudely came out behind the counter and was mumbling I couldn’t know what she was saying. She pointed with her finger and left. This is the worst and I refuse to go to another Walgreens
