Was looking for a quote on prescriptions and they just gave me a flyer and said go to this website and you can get a quote and there was no one in line... grabbed a couple items about 10$ cashier saw me walking up and just walked away, few moments later an older man came in from outside sniffling and mumbling no teeth couldn't understand him seemed like he was on meth after he got logged in says 44.99 I'm like wow sorry man that's not right he trys arguing with me turns the screen around and stumbled over reading everything off in a nasty tone like"look you moron it's right here!"
And I see there's something on there I didn't purchase I'm like" I didn't buy those " he's still arguing"yes it's for the benadryl or something!" grabs the box out of my bag and looks in the bag and has a look like he can't believe there's no benadryl in there. Rescan my box deletes the benadryl THERE! $7.42 like I was in the wrong? It was crazy hire someone who's not nuts to run your cash register please

I have used this location for 10+ years and never had such an awful experience. The lady at the pharmacy was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was waiting in the lobby for 2 hours even though I was told 30-45 minutes. Instead of being apologetic, the pharmacy tech was annoyed that I was wondering where on Earth my 2 prescriptions were at midnight after dropping them off at 10pm. I will go to CVS from now on.

I have been going to the pharmacy since 1998, and the last two years have been the absolute worst, on customer service, staff untrained, not friendly, can't find anything, doesn't have it in stock. Multiple times they will have 4 employees standing around and not doing anything but talk. They truly need to hire a more competent manager and staff. It's really disappointing to see this pharmacy not able to handle their jobs. It's time for Corporate to step in.

Poor customer service at the pharmacy service, specially don’t go if you need vaccine. Very rude towards customers. Not sure if the leadership is aware

I’ve been using this Walgreens for my prescriptions for a while now when it comes to having to go there after going to Urgent Care for my daughter and the experience is consistently frustrating. They always seem to take much longer than promised to fill medications. When I drop off or order a refill, I’m told it’ll be ready in a specific timeframe, but more often than not, that timeframe is completely inaccurate.
For example, I’ve been told a prescription would be ready in “15 minutes” only to arrive and find out it hasn’t even been started. Other times, I’ve been told it would take a day, but when I return the following day, it’s still not ready, and I’m asked to wait even longer.
This lack of communication and reliability is especially disappointing when people depend on their medications for urgent health needs. It’s one thing to wait, but another to be misled repeatedly about how long it will take.
I understand pharmacies get busy, but Walgreens needs to improve their systems, manage expectations better, and be honest with their customers about wait times. It’s really frustrating and makes me question if I should switch to another pharmacy.
The only reason I had to drive 25 minutes away is because it’s an emergency to make sure we get the meds for my daughter in time after visiting urgent care for walking pneumonia. Do better or go somewhere else with your laziness.

Probably the singular worse customer service experience of my life. Went to get my prescription filled and the pharmicists first couldn't find my 10mg prescription even though it was marked filled and ready (which is a controlled substance that they misplaced), that went on for about 15 minutes. Next I asked what was comparable since they were out of the 20mg, and it turns out they weren't out at all but someone just marked it incorrectly as out of stock, so now I'm waiting as they fill that, all while the drive thru window is ringing pretty much non stop. After about 45 minutes of waiting they said that the prescription that they just refilled was going to be $138 when it was typically around $15. All of this went on without a single drop of empathy from any of the about 6 techs they had working at the time. So incredibly unprofessional on literally all levels, and I'm honestly this pharmacy has even a 2.5 star rating because that is way too high, and the level of incompetance at this location is astounding. Will never be back.

Absolutely do not try and fill your prescriptions here!!! I've had non-stop issues for the last 4 months, I have severe anxiety and even going out is really really hard for me!!! And every single time I go in to pick up my subscription there is some kind of issue and they're just really rude about it, not understanding whatsoever of my condition or apparently how to run a pharmacy!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! After I pick up my prescriptions tomorrow I will not be using CVS whatsoever to fill my prescriptions I'll takenmy business elsewhere!!! I'm really glad I just called because my prescriptions were supposed to be ready days ago and today is the first day that I've been able to feel good enough to go out and they don't have them ready and supposedly they're going to have both of them ready tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. which is absolutely insane!!! Your pharmacy is literally open 24 hours a day!!! And I know I'm not the only one because every time I'm in there somebody else is having an issue with them too!!!!

Changed to this pharmacy 2 months ago and I do not recommend. I will be changing back to the previous Walgreens location I went to.
The first Rx I had filled I was shorted 30 pills of a controlled medication. I was able to pick the missing medication up after speaking to the pharmacist but this was really concerning.
I wish I had the woman’s name that I have spoken with over the phone a few times when calling the pharmacy. She is very rude and short every time I’ve spoken to her. I asked a question about their store’s policy (because they all have different policies) and I wanted to make sure that my meds would be available and in stock to pick up when it was due and so that I was not out of my medication just like any of my other routine meds. I was shut down and told they would not fill early. That’s not what I ever asked. I simply asked if they would have in stock so I could pick up on the date that they are able to fill. I don’t think that’s unreasonable. If they only refill 1 day prior (Day #29) and that happens to fall on a Saturday or a Sunday and are out of stock - you will have to wait several more days for them to order your medication and have it filled. I told her that I was trying to avoid a delay or being without my meds as there was a time my meds were due on a Friday but because they didn’t have in stock on Thursday and didn’t submit the order in time … AND it was a 3 day weekend, I had to wait 5 days before they would have in stock so I was out of my meds for 4 days. She had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that wasn’t possible, that never happened, and the only reason there would have been a delay is if there was a manufacturing problem. Seriously? Why are you even arguing with me about this???
Avoid this Walgreens.

Very bad experience. I waited from 10pm to 12:30am and in the end they told me they didn't have the medicine.

Possibly the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. Constantly giving us the run around. Not completing orders and just being very rude. Avoid this location at all costs.

I transferred all my prescriptions to CVS across the street years ago because the mess I kept having to deal with with this pharmacy. Would that being said one of my doctors recently changed and they don't work with CVS so I thought I would give Walgreens a chance again since it was the closest thing to me. Boy oh boy was it a bad choice. Got a notification last week that my prescription was ready from the pharmacy. Went down to pick it up and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes so I said I would get it the next day. Went in the next day to pick it up and they told me it wasn't ready and that they couldn't fill it until the 27th. I informed him that I got an notification that it was already filled and the app says that it was filled that was Monday he says they can't fill it until the 27th and I need to contact the doctor. I contact the doctor they have no reason it shouldn't be filled since my last one was filled on the 1st of the month prior well over 30 days. She also sent another prescription over just in case. Go back to the pharmacy to be told we already told you we can't fill it and you need to call the doctor. I did call the doctor they said it's on your end you're telling me it's on their end so why doesn't somebody just give me the information I need to clear it up or you guys can pick up a phone and call each other. They were rude about their screw up even if it was a hold from the doctor they should have said that from the very first time and not told me it was filled and ready. This is the same thing I used to do with them 3 years ago before I left to go to CVS. Apparently they're still up to their same shenanigans. It's like pulling teeth to get a reason as to why they can't do what they're telling you they can't do because none of them know anything and they don't want to put in any effort to try and help anyone The customer service is a joke if you can even call it customer service. I fully understand things happen there's prior authorizations and holds and all of those things but at least be transparent with your customers or what's happening if you expect them to be the ones playing middleman and dealing with it. when I tell you that your app is the one that told me that my prescription was ready and the text messages from you are what told me my prescription was ready then you get mad when I show up expecting my prescription to be ready and are pissy about having to do your job 🙄 so I'm just told it was a system glitch... Yeah convenient since this is definitely not the first time they have used that excuse or the third or fourth. So unprofessional. You're dealing with life changing meds for some people. Being this incompetent, rude, and lazy should not be tolerated. Most people would be scared of losing their jobs for less. Guess this is something Walgreens is not only just okay with but encourages. Gross.

Rude and incompetent staff. Pharmacists seem to have little man syndrome. Love to lecture customers about meds they’ve been taking for years. Just wannabe real doctors on their little power trips. Totally laughable and had no idea how to handle a simple med transfer from another Walgreen’s. Don’t dare ask a question, it takes three staff members to figure it out.
