11/24/24 The rudest manager I have ever experienced. I greeted the lady and she gave me a stank face while eying me up and down while keeping her silence.. The whole experience was awful. She was putting in effort towards her rudeness. Me and my boyfriend were baffled. You need to hire better management that actually knows proper customer service.

You can't sell alcohol without a US passport or ID card from the store clerk.
You cannot sell it with a Japanese passport. Only US is accepted. This is a policy. They said.
It appears that he was racially discriminated against because he was not American.
It's a strange shop.
Does that mean they only sell to Americans?

Went to the pharmacy to pickup prescriptions for my husband who is sick. Only one prescription was filled so I went to ask about the 2nd one. It was 8:02 and they closed at 8pm. I saw the pharmacist and tech walking out of the pharmacy area and I asked if they were done and that we had a 2nd prescription that was missed. The pharmacist walked by me and completely ignored me. The tech at least told me to call the 24 hr walgreens. I understand they were closed as of 2 minutes but to walk past and ignore me like I didn't exist was horrible.

Absolutely the best Walgreens pharmacy in town! I drive out of my way to come to this Walgreens location, the staff is amazing, Brent and Linda, specifically have always been unbelievably wonderful - helpful, kind and understanding! I appreciate their attention to detail and contacting me if there is an issue with insurance, etc. thank you so much for making a difference.

JD from the liquor department is a very rude and a in knowledgeable person. I was not working with him, but he decided to butt in over a financial transaction I was making, and he was extremely loud and rude and intrusive. If he is that way in all of his life I don’t know how that store has any business. I took my money and I left that store to never go back what I was leaving and I said I won’t be coming back. He yelled out Promisr!!

Had a wonderful experience here . I went to Walgreens for a weird problem. - To get dental floss to try and remove the dashboard pad of mobile holder stuck to my windshield.The floss approach wasnt working and the pad was. Strongly stuck. Came across Mr. JD who was walking by, told him about my problem and he immediately jumped to my rescue. He removed the pad very deftly using a card and also went inside and got rubbing alcohol and himself removed the stuck adhesive completelyI was amazed at the gesture and kindness displayed by Mr. JD. He didn't need to do anything what he did but he out of the way to help me. This saved me a lot of time and effort. Thank you JD!! Cant Thank you enough

If this is the Walgreens on Hunts Highway absolutely hate this place the pharmacy tech act like pre-Madonna's. I literally had a tech tell me to fill my prescription somewhere else because I don't pick it up on time and it was something that had to be stored in the fridge.

Not a welcoming staff initially . Stood 3 minutes before greeted. Once greeted nice staff. Store clean and organized.l with recent shipment received. Very attentive pharmacist when giving vaccine. Clean little (emphasis on little) private area for injections.

I had never used the Walgreens pharmacy but was forced to do so because my insurance no longer contracts with CVS. I had to have all of my daughter's prescriptions transferred, and there was a lot of confusion. The pharmacist was determined to help, though. He provided a few pills to see my daughter through until we could get everything straightened out and went in early the next morning to get back on the phone and wrap everything up. I'm extremely grateful for everything he did as these are not meds you can simply stop taking.
