This is seriously the worst pharmacy ever. I have used Walgreens in Peoria for years and just recently moved to Chandler and had to change. I do not think they have gotten a single prescription correct. Last month and this month they submitted a 30 x 2 a day as 60 x 1 a day causing my insurance to deny refills as too soon. I called several times to clear this up last month and this month. Then today, that same prescription which I had to talk to them about 3 days last week and was supposed to be ready… shocker….. was not ready. The woman that answered the phone today was completely rude and hung up on me. Normally when I read reviews like this I think “that lady sounds like a Karen”. Trust me, I am not. I am one of the easiest going people out there and this has been such a bad experience. Needless to say I will be having everything transferred. Don’t waste your time. They are a mess there. Completely unprofessional.

I went into Ray & Kyrene location and saw M&M on sale . Went to pay and cashier said it's a digital coupon. I clip it in my walgreen account but tried 3 time to purchase them. They didn't honor the store coupon so I didn't purchase, no manager was called and no attempt was made to resolve the issue.

Walgreens (the chain) seems to have problems keeping track of my orders and many (not all) appointments. I placed an order on the web site for a covid test, paid by paypal. I was notified my order was ready for pickup, but when I got there, they had no knowledge of my order.I had to purchase a new kit with another card.

The worst customer service I have experienced at this walgreens! The lady [heavy accent] that works Sunday around 1:30 pm. She is so rude with the customer in front of me. She was also rude to me! She didn't let us use the store cash rewards and manufactured coupons together! She says only 1 coupon allows! I have shop with walgreens for 30 years. This never happened at other walgreens.

Nothing against these stores but their new designs are horrible in my opinion!!! I cringe having to go into them now but have always loved Walgreens for my lip gloss, and lotions. I stopped for batteries because I didn't want to fight parking at giant retail stores and come out with more than I went for. I didn't see many employees but the cashier was nice. (Didn't get name unfortunately). Plenty of parking and easy to locate as it's on the corner in the strip plaza

The ladies and gentlemen at this pharmacy are among the kindest, most genuine humans o have experienced in the pharmacy industry. They remember me; I remember them, and with so much love!
