Place was cramped. They're doing a remodel so it's understandable

I find everything I'm looking for and at good prices, it sounds commercial but it's true.

I haven't been to this location in almost 19 years (back when this was a baby Walmart and not a Supercenter). Obviously, it's changed, and they're currently undergoing a remodel, so some areas will be more cluttered than others, but that's not a bad thing. The associates were all busy at work, and there were a lot of employees everywhere. If I needed help, I definitely knew where to look. I like that the entrances and exits are clearly marked. Usually, the doors are right next to each other, and foot traffic can get a little clustered in other stores, but that wasn't the case here. Something else I appreciated was how large and visible the signs are overhead so I could find the department I was searching for. They had a very nice selection of yarn (and thankfully the exact shade I needed for a project I'm working on that I can't find at my local store). The aisles were well spaced and the areas I did walk were clean. Honestly, my only complaint today is that when I went to check out (on a positive note, there were actually registers with real people working), the cashier--when I went to compliment the store--kind of scoffed and said this Walmart really isn't that great, that it's still too small, and if I really want to see what messy looks like, go look where the construction is. I realize I grew up in a different generation, but I'm a little horrified that someone would openly express that level of disdain to the customers. I found what I needed though, and compared to Walmarts I've been to across the Western Half of the US, this was actually one of the better locations in an old building. Also, it was well stocked, which you don't see much these days in a lot of retail locations since the pandemic began.

I specifically chose the Walmart store at Warner and Alma School roads while I was shopping online for automobile oil. The product I wanted showed as available at this store, so I purchased it. A day later, I get a text message stating that the product was "unavailable." What is going on Walmart, don't you have any knowledge or control over your own merchandise inventory? Why tell a customer that a product is available, let me purchase it, and then tell me it is unavailable?

Great Walmart. Great employees. Spoke to manager and she helped me with a return. Emma(I think) was very good to me and I bet she is a good boss to her crew. Thank you!

Better experience here than I have had at other Walmarts. The employees stopped and answered my questions and actually smiled at me. Huge store with a wide selection of products. Aisles are wide and shelves were well stocked. I still do not understand why shelf prices would ever be different than the price for the same item on their website. The store is clean for a Walmart. Only one cashier for the entire huge store, but at least not forced to use the loathsome self-check area. Plenty of parking. Prices somewhat better than local grocery stores.

Finally got what I needed here. Other Walmart was out of stock for my pick up order even though it was in stock when I placed my order. So I went to a different one but they did not have a mobility scooter working do I came to this store and thankfully they not only had what I needed a nice young man who worked there took it down off the top shelf for me. There were other men who offered to help me too (customers).

Liz at customer services shouldn’t be in that department. The new girl asked her to help me since she has more experience and she refused to help me and she told her coworker, “no you help him and I’ll help her.) how rude of here!

Needs improvement as far as stocking items low enough for OLD/SHORT (etc) persons to be able to reach items, or have staff around to assist. It's faster to find a tall customer to assist.

I am a senior on a fixed income. I always shop at Walmart. I do not buy fresh meat at Walmart ususally I can find it cheaper on sale at other local groceries.. Other than meat it is my primary place to shop.

This Walmart sold me a bad gift card. After payment there was no balance and couldn’t even scan for a declined card. Immediately after purchasing Walmart wouldn’t assist and just referred to the credit card company. DO NOT BUH GIFT CARDS FROM HERE.
