What a sh*t show. Don't waste money on delivery. They don't answer the phone when you get here and by the time they do get to you, you can shop for the stuff faster. Target was my gut choice. Should've listened to my guy

Went to this Walmart to exchange keyword exchange. Some diapers that I got from my baby shower to a bigger size due to getting all of the same size. The first gal that helped me was very nice. Told me to go back, get the same brand and as close to the same quantity as in the boxes I was exchanging. She even looked at one of them because I wasn't sure if it was them or Target and she said yes. They're all us come back. I wish I would have caught this woman's name, but this woman proceeds to tell me that one of my diapers came from Target. The other one was online order that she would not exchange and the third one is over. $25 and Walmart's policy is no exchange or refund on something over $20 without a receipt. I explained to her that these are all baby shower gifts and she proceeds to tell me that she will only exchange one which is clearly their brand. I ask her when this policy has changed that they would not accept an online exchange or something that is over $25 and she says I just came back from maternity leave and things have changed. She's very rude. Very argumentative. I wish it would have caught her name so I could warn people to stay clear of her. I even overheard her arguing with an older gentleman that was simply just asking to figure out what the balance was on his gift cards. After leaving the store I went on Walmart's online return policy and nowhere does it say that they will not exchange something that's over $25 without a receipt and also doesn't mention anywhere that they will not take it online order now that's online. Order was purchased within 90 days so there should have been no issues. I tried to avoid this Walmart at all costs and this is one of the reasons why .I know Walmart is not the best place to work from what I've heard, but if you are in customer service, you should definitely try to be more accommodating. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the others

Surprised that on a Saturday there were lots of registers open. Stock shelves. No complaints. The store had everything I needed. I'd definitely recommend this location to shop as well - even on a crowded Saturday afternoon.

this Walmart location typically has a really good two for six deal when it comes to Doritos chips. My family loves behind the big bag of dorito chips in this store really has them at a pretty good price. They even have the big family size bags that we like they also have the Lay's potato chips as well and the sour cream and onion is a type of chips that typically gets sold out a lot of different location but this place usually has them I did purchase a cell phone from this location and unfortunately the box was damaged. I'm not too sure what happened but hopefully they are willing to refund my money

As all other Walmart store, this store has all you need. Open 24 and has auto Center, which is pathetic.

Garbage, their products are cheap and a waste of money your better off buying real name brand stuff so it'll last longer then a week and never get the protection plan cause you'll waste your money there. No one answers the phone. The best thing a sour that place is a dog works there.

Orderd 4 300 ccount white icicle lights. Walmart claims they delivered on December 8th. We never received it. In one Walmart module, it says delivery was for December 8th 2021, in another Walmart shopping module, these say expected arrival is for December 15th, 2021. When I asked why they posted two arrival dates, the solution was to wait 48 hours, and it would straighten itself out. They do not know what they are doing and they don't care.

After 5 hours - 2 hours with me helping - the "mechanic" got my Escape's battery replaced. 2 days later I had to have it jumped. Took it somewhere else - and $87 later - they found and tightened the disconnected posts. Horrible, horrible service.

I hate Walmart always have. But I had to go here and do shopping as part of my job. Never again! After getting all of my groceries into the card I usually go to the self-serve checkout and do each order one by one for all the people I have to shop for. I also use cash. This is what is given to me by my residents. After completing two of my orders the cash machine would no longer take my bills. When I asked for assistance the cashier told me that the machine is out of change and will not let you continue in cash. She suggested I go to another register. So I did. That also would not take my cash. I then stated that this was not working. The manager was nearby and heard what I was saying and basically just walked away. Leaving the poor cashier to deal with an angry customer, me. She then suggested that I go in line where there is a cashier to complete my shopping. There was one register open with a cashier you heard me one. In a 20,000 square foot store. There was 20 people in line. Something wrong yeah Walmart has no customer service and never has. I cannot believe people will sacrifice shopping here for a few pennies. there are a lot of things that are not cheaper at walmart. I hope people start to go back to shopping at smaller businesses.

When I was at Walmart this afternoon I was purchasing snacks and water for four organizations. Employee Jose was nearby and offered to help me since I was obviously going to need a second cart. He not only helped me find some of the items, but he also pushed one of the carts to the checkout. After helping me at the check out, he then accompanied me to my vehicle. He loaded the heavier items in the back of my vehicle while I loaded the lighter boxed item in the front. He is an outstanding employee who represented Walmart very well with his kindness and helpfulness.

The store had become terribly understaffed. It's impossible to find anyone in the store to answer a question or help you find something. The only areas that are staffed are electronic, I think for the fear of theft and security people at the front door. The checkouts aren't much better. Last few times I've been there there has only been one checkout lane open and only one of the two self-serve checkout areas. This, for a huge store with a lot of traffic. And they have cameras at each of the self checkout registers; I find that so offensive because due to their staffing shortage/policies, they make customers check themselves out, and treat us like criminals while they're at it. I went there abt 9:30p one night to avoid the crowds. Starting at 10p they started announcing every 15m that the store was closing at 11p, trying to rush customers to leave. I headed to the front register at abt 10:45p and there was only one staffed register open and one of the two self check out areas. There were like 10 people in line to check out with a cashier, and even more in line to check out in the self-serve lines. A couple of us abandoned our carts/purchases because we would have been there for 45-60 minutes. Last time I was there there were absolutely no carts at the door, so people were forced to go back into the parking lot to find a cart. I mentioned that to the security person inside the door. He said he was aware of it, and that the cart person quit and walked off the job, and the manager refused to call another person to come in and do the job.

Don't shop there if you plan on using your chase debit card. And this has been on going. The staff knows and still yet nothing is down about it. I shopped around for an hour and stood there for 10 min with them trying to get the card to go through and finally I walked out. How can a company like Walmart say they do not take chase cards? Unreal .......

Racist man in the electronics Dept. Racial profiling. This store needs some major work. And people need to be retrained and in trouble for this kind of CS I experienced my first personal racial profiling today. Guy at Walmart electronic Dept Rob had a hard time touching my items to ring me out. He was leaning against the back wall like six feet from the Counter. He wouldn't hand me my receipt he made me reach over the counter to take it off the paper register machine and never offered me a bag for my stuff I bought. And told me I was done. But sure didn't have any of these issues with the three people before me . Listen I am not Chinese and I have never been to China. I Am a half Korean/Japanese girl. Who was raised most of my life in the USA my parents are white and so are my siblings. . Just because My eyes are almond shaped and I have black hair doesn't mean you can treat me bad. I work in the medical field. So if anyone should be scared about catching the virus from someone or should be from that man who didn't have his mask on right . I will never go back to this store and I am going to take this to the Corp office to see something is done about it. Treat people with Respect. I did complain to the store mgr James because I was pissed. He said he was going to talk to Rob's boss but she was on lunch at the time. He took my name and number in case they had questions about this . Let's see if I truly get a call back.
