“What else can I say but Ben Irons at Coffin and Trout is amazing! I had put my name down some time ago for a couple Rolex models I had been truly wanting. I would go in from time to time to chat with Ben about timepieces as well as other things. He was and is always has been a pleasure to talk to. I have been to other Rolex AD's and no one has been as great as this place. Ben reached out to me mid last week to tell me he had something for me. I am now the proud owner for a new Rolex Submariner Date Green Bezel Ref 126610LV and couldn't be happier. My advice is if you are looking for something special being a Rolex, jewelry or anything else this store offers ask for Ben. He will take great care of you. “I had such a wonderful experience at Helzberg Diamonds, even though I wasn’t originally a customer there. My fiancé and I were concerned about a ring we had purchased elsewhere, so we came in to have it tested. The store manager and her team went out of their way to diamond test the stone for us and confirmed that it was moissanite, not a real diamond.
What stood out most was their kindness and professionalism, they didn’t just stop at testing the ring, but the manager personally walked with us to the other store to ensure we had proof so we could get a refund. That level of support and customer care is rare, and they truly went above and beyond for us despite not making a sale.
Helzberg has definitely earned my trust, and I will be coming back as a customer in the future.”

“It’s was our first visit to the store we were greeted kindly. They had a nice large variety of Movado brand watches. Not only were the prices very reasonable to begin with, but they had many other discounts and sales going on. Joyce who was our sales agent, made sure everything was set up correctly and that we were well taken care of. She was friendly, very knowledgeable about the watches and very polite to talk with while throughout the sale.
