“I have bought a few things from this store and staff has always been lovely, but today I walked in looking for a cross pendant and a very nice man named Christian helped me out. He was so patient and friendly, very helpful and clearly enjoys his job. He represents the store very well! Top notch customer service from both him and Qi who also helped me survey some other options before I ultimately chose the right one for me. Thanks for all the help and bubbly banter, Christian!”

“Tonight I went to the outlet and Mary was working. She was so incredibly nice to my family and I. She helped my daughter pick out a beautiful engraving for her bag, embossed a wallet for my brother and brief case for my husband. She even stayed past closing to help us. I really hope this review makes to the higher ups so they know what an amazing employee they have. Thank you again Mary!!!”

“The best Claire’s left open! Always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly but not overbearing. Lennon was our piercer, and they listened to our concerns about metal allergies and made recommendations on what would be the least irritating. I had my second holes pierced and as soon as they healed I went right back to Lennon to get my third lobe piercings because it was such a great experience.”
