My Mom, who is 81years old, needed help, she was going to put my name on her account just in case she would pass away, the branch manager told Me / us to make an appointment, and that he had seen a 91year old make the appointment online. It's easy to do. I tried to explain to him the urgency ( he refused )HE STATED"once again without an appointment we just can't help you or your mom today", Mon 81 Year old suffers from Copd, cardiovascular disease and diabetes, We just needed someone who cared about the elderly at that time. not next week or in a few days. I was appalled and sickened by the Non-human Training Well Fargo is giving to their employees ( that Branch manager ) , No wonder Wellfargo is CLOSING Branches and laying off people. If this is How they treat an elderly female and consider it the norm, I feel bad for his Mom and his family, one day he ( branch manager ) might need help from someone who has the power and does not want to take the Time out of his busy day to help an elderly woman and her Son who is 57 Year old . SAD For that Branch Maniger.. even Sadder for AMERICA.

There’s a lot I could say but this pretty much sums it up… I left this branch went to another one a few miles away, told them about my experience and everyone said “yeah we tell all of our customers to avoid that one”Zero customer service. I get the feeling the big guy sitting in a chair behind the glass was the branch manager because the employees reflected the look on his face. Just a body filling a seat. No greeting, no hi my name is, no how’s your day going. I’ve been an account holder since 2005 and will continue to be but this branch is embarrassing. If the tellers and bankers at the branch down the street tell you to stay away you know it’s bad.

Worst Wells Fargo location I ever been to. Wells Fargo will lose me as a customer soon since they can't seem to appreciate the customers they do have. I will travel further and go to a different branch cause this one is absolutely horrible. Idiot representatives don't know what they are doing! Asked the representative to waive the 10 cashier check fee and he said he couldn't do it. The system would not allow him to. He was such a moron. I go to the Wells Fargo on 3495 W chandler and they have waived it on more than one occasion. Why should a loyal customer have to pay 10 for a cashiers check?!? That's just stupid. Very very stupid!! He couldn't seem to do anything without making a simple request a extremely complicated one! He must have had the mental capacity of a carrot, or this was his first day on the job. I definitely let him have it. I will never in my life come to this Wells Fargo. If I wasn't in such a rush I would have asked to speak to a manager cause this is unacceptable. If you can't respect my request then you don't need to be working here.

Came here for the walk up ATM. The ATM was located outside. No other customers were around, and I had easy access to the ATM. The parking lot was oddly designed with no clear direction on where to turn, which was confusing.

Drive thru closed and line inside is 30 minute wait! Hire some more people! This is unacceptable! I am add more word just to be able to post review! Is that enough!!!!

Everytime I come to this location I spend 30 mins plus. Although their stafg is friendly they are not efficient, only have 1 person at the teller at a time and have no sense of urgency. It seems like none of their employees are well trained , just hired and thrown on the job.

It's so absolutely annoying that you all have a drive up teller window, yet it's never open! Some of your patrons have disabilities, you know. Does that even matter anymore? You guys refuse to open back up inside grocery stores also. What's happened?Ok, so it's May 26th, and without any notice, the bank on Chandler Blvd and Alma school is CLOSED AGAIN! WHAT A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE THIS HAS BEEN. WHAT IS GOING ON THAT TOUR BRANCHES KEEP CLOSING AND YOU ALL REFUSE TO OPEN BACK UP IN THE GROCERY STORES. IS THIS JUST LAZINESS, GREED OR IS THE BANK GOING UNDER? YOU DONT MAN THE DRIVE UP TELLERS EVERY DAY LIIE YOU USED TO EITHER. WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON? SO FRUSTRATING!

Today was the absolute worst experience with wells Fargo. The staff is absolutely rude and not helpful at all. I am closing my Wells Fargo account and going to another bank, worst bank and worst experience I have ever had in customer service. Dont take your business here, specially this branch and its staff.

Stay away from Wells Fargo. Their fraud department is a joke!!!! Several fraudulent transaction on my grandmothers account and they did nothing!!!!! Tragic
