It's pretty sad when the bank that you have three accounts with and give all your money to charges $5 for a simple money order and $10 for cashiers check
In the same center is Safeway who charges .69 cents and for a larger amount.
They lost a long time customer, I'm moving my accounts because of these rediculous charges!!

I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2009 and have always had great service. However, I just had the worst customer service experience. I went in for their notary service and was told I’d be put on their waitlist. When I asked if she could tell me how many people were before me or how long they’d estimate it would take, she said she didn’t know. I’m just confused how you could have a waitlist of customers and not know how many were on that list. Not only was this the response, but her tone of voice was very rude and condescending like my question wasn’t valid. It’s such a shame because every other time I’d been to this location, they were super friendly and helpful.

My immigrant parents came in with a black and white copy and an original requesting a notary. They said they needed a colored copy but they dont do colored scans at their bank. My dad tells the white tattooed man that here is the original and the black and white scanned copy. It should be no problem because the original is in front of you. The tattooed white guy gave them a hard time and was rude. I'll be calling corporate to complain.
Best part? They got it notarized across the street at Desert Financial with no issues .Wells Fargo is a joke. And racist.

Super fast and nice people. Alfredo was able to help me open up a checking and savings account with ease and helped me set everything up, and overall made the experience so much more easier and enjoyable.

It's not so much this branch but the bank in general. I sent to an ATM and tried to pull money. It declined me 2 or 3 times. When it finally cleared it gave me $200 but $300 came out of my account. I had a bunch of withdraws and credits when i checked my account. News flash 4 - $50 bills does not equal $300. I closed my account here once and I'm considering doing it again. So disappointed! I don't even know why it was declining my withdraws in the 1st place. Not happy!

HORRIBLE MY SON MOBILE DEPOSITED MY CHECK FOR ME. INTO HIS ACCOUNT ON 5/14 THE CHECK FUNDS WERE RELEASED ON THE 15TH. M FROM BANK ISSUER. THEY PUT A HOLD LONGER THAN 7 DAYS DID NOT GUVE MY SON SNY REASON NOR A DATE FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE IT WAS A GOVERNMENT CHECK. !? SO A WEEK IN BUSINESS DAYS PASS THEY GIVE HIM A BOGUS STORY UM WE DONT KNW WHATS WRONG WITH CHECK. WAS IT CANCELLED AT ALL , hmmNO. WELL WE(well Fargo) Are submitting a dispute on there’re behalf Not my son. They said they don’t know what the issue was ..Mind you the funds released from B OF AMERICA ELECTRONICALLY THE 15 TH SO THAT WAS A LIE FROM WELLS FARGO
THEN THEY MAKE FUNDS AVAILABLE AND TAKE THEM RIGHT BCK AND THEN TURN AROUND AND SAY THE CHECK WAS MOBILS DEPOSITED TWICE. THATS A LIE. THEN BANK HISTORY SAUD IT WITHDRAW 1000 twice THATS A lie because they only made 400 available. Everything else my son didn’t know anything nor did it even show in his bank history the check pending processing or on hold. With no info then a week after that they said it was cashed at a check cashing place no it wasn’t. I have the info to who it was paid out to what day. And still holding my money or my sons money

Worst customer service. They don’t want to do their job. Cash checks. Then I’ll cancel my banking with them. Ridiculous. This Bank is a joke and the reviews all say that. -5 stars to these horrible staff workers that ruin people’s day.
