Not sure why most of their banks are only open 9-5 Mon-Fri. Why not Saturday for a few hours or close late at least once day a week?

I always come in and basil always takes care of me and I send all my friends to him. He’s polite personal and knows me by name. I’ve never gone to a better location. He always is looking out for my best interest and going above and beyond. He’s a valuable employee to wellsfargo.
