This location is always having problems with the ATM. No cash available, currently out of order, cash deposits currently not working. Please visit a nearby branch... Why not just switch banks at this point...

Nice location. Not a standard, stand-alone branch but in a strip mall. The service I've received at this location has always been friendly and efficient and the ATM in working order. The branch itself is clean and comfortable.

While waiting in line, they refused to cash a check just because the person didn't have an open account but was a Wells Fargo customer. It was too close to 5pm for that person to go anywhere and cash check today. I would have absolutely offered this one time based on all the facts above. When it was my turn I was refused service because the "only teller available was with someone" so my time in line counted for nothing and they didnt let me wait for the banker. I just needed 2 papers notarized that were a paragraph each. Now its closed and I spent 15 min in line and at the bank for nothing. Avoid going inside this one.

Easily accessible location with large parking lot and drive up atm. We were in and out in minutes.

I came to this location around 4:20 pm today, fadwa (not sure if I spelled it right) helped me out today. I truly do appreciate her help and taking care of me. Thank you so much for the help and giving me the customer service

The teller name Fadwa needs some basic customer service trainings so she learns how to show some respect to customers. Her lack of respect has the same tone as being rude.

I made an apt to discuss a situation with a "banker" and even though WF was having computer problems between the branch and main office my lady perservied until the problem was resolved. She was polite and knowledgeable about FamilyTrust issues. She did a great job taking care of us. FYI we have been w Wells and First National Bank before them in the 1960's for more than 55 years. They are equally trustworthy and competent on the investment as well.

Worst customer service ever! I've been taking the deposits twice a week for 13 years for my boss. We're not a check cashing place, but we do cash checks for our customers. Over the years I've probably been to at least 20 different branches and I'm sure over a hundred different tellers. Not one has ever questioned the checks being deposited! I went to this branch yesterday, the teller said she couldn't deposit the checks because none of the names the checks were made out to were on the account. I tried to explain to her that the customer signs over the check to us, we cash it and deposit it into our account. How did she get that job? Why would my boss have 20 different customers names on his account!! She said her manager would take care of me and had me wait off to the side. Her manager was on the phone and I got tired of waiting! I went to another branch and made my deposits no questions asked.

Been a Wells Fargo customer since 2001 and this is by far the absolute worst branch I have ever visited. Have had two dealings with service manager Mark who comes across as dismissive and unprofessional.

This is possibly the worst branch I've been too. You make an appointment and they will take whoever they want instead of you during your appointment time. I went in to close my account after I started being charged a fee to move money from my checking to my savings account which were both Wells Fargo and no one could explain why I was being charged and they also would not refund these charges they had 0 explanation for. I also started getting numerous fraud attempts made on my account. The manager Mark Barrios just made up a lie saying it is someone in my house making purchases with my card without my consent. Which is completely false as I don't live with anyone so I guess I have a ghost making purchases... Mark has horrendous customer service and refused to help me close my account while someone else was being helped during my appointment. Happy to say I will never be a Wells Fargo customer after being one for over 12 years. I also closed my account with 0 help from any Wells Fargo employee as they were all refusing to close my account because "that can only be done on Saturdays" per Mark Barrios...

Please don't bank here. Wells Fargo is a horrible corporation, they charge ridiculous overdraft fees, horrible interest rates. there is no better example of human greed than this company. If you bank with Wells Fargo, switch out to another bank before its too late.

Friendly and excellent customer service. The management takes priority on the customers and the bankers and staffs follows.
