DO NOT TRUST your banking needs to this establishment. The Bank Manager, Jennifer Lara is unwilling to take accountability for the bank's mistakes and enables poor account management. She offers terrible customer service as well. Their technology allowed charges to go through when there were no funds available in my savings and most recently when my card was locked. I was in the process of closing my account as a dissatisfied customer and I intentionally locked my debit card while I transitioned to a new bank. Multiple charges were returned. However, one charge was allowed to go through resulting in my account being overdrawn. When I discussed the matter with Jennifer Lara , Bank Manager, she blamed me stating the card was active and it was my fault. Clearly the data trail shows differently and she refused to refund my money. Now she hounding me to correct their mistake, demanding money from me when they actually owe me money. Again, this is a terrible organization, do not risk your hard earned money with a bank that feels they have authority to dictate how the customer will spend their money. What a ridiculous concept and so glad I have moved on. Now I just want the money owed to me so I can officially close out my account. Such unnecessary stress in my life.

I used Western State Bank and loan officer Dave Ouradnik to get a home loan. Dave was extremely helpful in walking me through the process and responsive even in off-hours. While looking for lenders, I met with several and shopped rates. Western State Bank not only offered the lowest rate and closing costs, but was also the most hospitable and responsive of any lender that I spoke to making my decision extremely easy when it came to obtaining the loan. I'd recommend this bank to anyone for any account or loan needs, as I'll definitely continue doing business with them.

Horrible racist customer service I went in my work shirt and was treated like garbage by an Asian teller lady she looked at me in disgust and refused to offer me any service.. stated would not change a 20 dollar bill into two 10 dollar bills.. said I would have to be a bank customer... seriously why do you even have a public office open to the public and call yourself a bank if you cant exchange a measly 20 dollar bill into two 10 dollar Bill's..

Long story short I had an issue with my acct for direct deposit and Pete was super amazing! He knew exactly how to fix the problem and completely saved a roof over mine and my families head! He was so patient on the phone and extremely curtious. He deserves this regconition for what he did to help me out!

I experienced excellent customer service today at Western States Bank. Ivy and the other employees were extremely helpful and informative when assisting me with a concern I had. I appreciate them and would recommend this branch to anyone in the future.

I have been banking here for quite a few years. There is NO WAY I would consider a large bank after the service I get here. It's gotten to the point where they recognize my car in the drive thru (usually no wait) and are on the monitor to say hello as soon as I drive up. I drop my deposit in and go. Maybe 1 minute total, including entering and leaving the parking lot. The time saved is worth everything. in addition, there have been times when a banking snafu occurs while I'm out of town and can't fix it personally. The bank (most often Amber) has gone out of their way to help fix the problem without me needing to be there personally.
