Went here early yesterday morning as I had a migraine and needed to get some medicine. They didn't have any and it took three to five minutes to find help. Everyone was MIA. So I left empty handed.

This is the worst/ slowest pharmacy ever! They are either extremely slow or under staffed or both! I have been using this location for two years and I will be switching pharmacies ASAP

slowest drive through on earth!!!! please staff this store. way too long of a wait every time. There was 8 to 9 cars in each row backed up. And this isn't just today, it's every time. I sat third car back for 34 minutes! Without moving! Please reevaluate your drive-through process, or at least teach the people handling the drive-through Some sense of urgency.

CVS by my home could not get my prescription to me when we needed it right after surgery. Today I was very concerned about trying Walgreens across the street because I too, had a horrible experience with the drive thru tech who would not release my LEGAL prescription for Ivermectin during the Covid plandemic. She was accusatory, hateful and CRAZY, telling me I wasn't taking it for the "right thing". Thankfully another pharmacy issued it with no problem, and I am happy to report that I fully recovered quickly from Covid after taking that legal Ivermectin prescription. My husband and I said we would NEVER go back to Walgreens. Well, in desperation we had our Orthopaedic Surgeon call the pain med into Walgreens because CVS could not come through with it. I walked in to pick it up and was greeted by the kindest staff as I walked to to the back. They were all incredibly helpful, asking me if I needed to find anything in particular, and I picked up the prescription with no problem. The storefront clerk was so very kind and conversational. Seems that this particular store is working on excellent customer service now. Not sure if they are still Nazi's about filling LEGAL Ivermectin prescriptions, but there are plenty of other pharmacies out there that fill those, no problem. There are so many terrible reviews about this pharmacy, but today they came through for me and I think it is important to be fair about that.

maybe this walgreens it self is okay but the pharmacy is not. i have never been treated so RUDE in my entire life at a walgreens PHARMACY. Finny or Phinny how ever you spell his name is not a person you want helping with your prescriptions. if you don't agree with him AND are TRYING to walk away he will call you names and flip you off. DONT COME TO THIS PHARMACY unless you're dealing with the NICE lady pharmacist not a male with dark hair, feminine voice, and glasses because you will definitely have a hiccup in your day. However, the assistant manager Greg helped SO MUCH!! he's a guy who knows how to solve a solution. i'm sorry Greg and NICE pharmacist lady, to have the male mentioned abo bring your place of business down because can't control how they act with a sick customer.

Incompetent employees at the pharmacy. Yes, I love that it's open around the clock, but like what do they require to work there?!... I was charged $100 more for my prescription cause the guy used an outdated discount card- but insisted it was done correctly. I get that they are busy, but either give customers access to add their own info or do your job correctly... not this nonsense.

The pharmacy botched my medication refill Twice in 24 hours, and sent me to another Walgreens 9 miles away, only to arrive and be told that the quantity was wrong.

The drugstore is incredibly incompetent. The number of times my medicines went days without being supplied. Would you like to call and ask them why it takes them three days to fill one prescription? Guess what! You can't because no one picks up the phone! Go somewhere else to save yourself the headache.

I love this Walgreens! It's 24 hours, the pharmacy staff professional and knowledgeable. I get my flu shot here every year and Dan, the pharmacy technician is so helpful along with the Pharmacists. I also like the store staff, Jill is very nice and skilled at her job! I have nothing but great experiences there.

Unfortunately, I agree with the reviews about the pharmacy. Service is unfriendly and they were not helpful. While picking up my son's prescription, the cost was significantly higher ($150 more) than the price last year. The woman I spoke to was eager to move onto the person behind me and kept asking if I was going to get the medicine while I was trying to figure I why it was so expensive. I did not have this experience at the Walgreens at Guadalupe and Alma School, and I highly suggest going go a different location or switching pharmacies all together.

Zero star if I could! Wendy should not be in a customer service position at all! Never ask if I wanted my receipt! Throw my receipt away ! Then, she can't find it in the trash! On top of that, she talked about me to the next customer and started laughing! Wow

Went in to look for something and both Forrest and Jill were extremely rude and unprofessional. Jill tried to act like a peacemaker after I told Forrest to watch his mouth. Jill offered to give me a discount under the table with her mouth if I didn't say anything to the managers. I will never come back to this place

Pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLE! For the past 2 years they automatically bill an old insurance... every month I tell them that I no longer have it, then I provide them the new insurance (that I've had for the past 2 years) and they tell me they will delete the old insurance. What happens next month? They bill the old insurance AGAIN! I am fed up with Walgreens and will be finding another pharmacy.
