Had he most pleasant experience while shopping here the other day. Everything was well organized and fitting rooms were clean. Their sale items were affordable and their sales people were friendly and extremely helpful. I was having a hard time picking out dresses and they went out of their way to make suggestions and sifted through the racks to find my sizing. I left very happy.

The day before taking my engagement photos, I had not found anything to wear. I walked in, laughed, and said "I need something that makes me look good!". I explained my specific limitations and issues with other dresses, and the ladies went to work immediately to find something for me. They offered me 10+ different dresses, and guessed my size correctly immediately as well. My fiance thought each one was better than the one before, and I walked out with two very nice dresses. One of them was on sale, so between that, the overall sale, and the sales ladies showing me the promotions - we spent less and got more. All in all, the best experience possible!

When I first moved to the area, this place was awesome. The staff was nice, helpful. This was 3 years ago. I hadn't shopped in store for a while, sometimes my size is hard to find, but I was at the mall and decided to check things out. I was in the store looking around for 5 minutes, not greeted or acknowledged, until I got to the clearance section, where an associate rudely crept up behind me and asked if I'd ever shopped with them before. Really? Not all of us dress up to go shopping. Its more of a chore, so why would I? Whatever, I eventually had someone take my selections to a dressing room. No one checked on me either, but the old bat in the other dressing room was getting all kinds of help. Maybe they are simply ageist at this location, or just rageingly ignorant? Hmmm. I didn't bother straightening up my dressing room, like I usually would. Clearly I'd been marked as a nothing. I took my sweaters, which were full price, btw, to the counter where the associate snidely took my number to find my account. Only after she pulled my account and saw I had Silver status, did she treat me like a human being. She started complementing me on my selections. B$#@! Please.

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because as a company and clothing line I love whbm but the store at Chandler mall has gotten progressively worse. I've never preferred this store - it seems small, the clothes are not laid out well compared to other whbm stores, and the sales associates have gotten ruder over the last few months. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to ask me if I needed assistance (and it's ya small store that wasn't very busy.) When I checked out the sales associate was incredibly rude. Granted I was in a hurry and this is not my favorite whbm which was probably obvious by my body language so maybe she was responding to my energy. Either way I will avoid this store at all cost and shop online or at Dana Park or Kierland. I'm only giving it two stars because one of the sales associates was very helpful and complementary.
