My first time here, I was really impressed with the food. Seasoned fries and house made ranch were so good, the seasoning wasn’t spicy, just flavorful and a little sweet. I got a chicken sandwich, plain, and really liked it. It was fresh and hot and cooked perfectly. Would definitely eat here again.

Never order any dry rub flavors, employees are trained wrong on how to season/sauce dry rubs. If you order dry rub expect plain wings that were teased by a seasoning bottle. The Louisiana dry rub gets a sauce that is made from "wing gold butter", Cajun seasoning and garlic powder and then dusted with more Cajun seasoning. However.. the wings never have enough of the sauce on them to hold the dry rub seasoning and on top of that they never put enough of the Cajun seasoning on it. "LRB" is my favorite flavor but because this location can't season it properly I have to fall back to my second favorite, Korean BBQ. Most of the time (but not always..)they properly sauce the K BBQ. The fries lack in seasoning and the ranch had strange chucky bits in it. Thankfully the last time I was here they had a new manager and an employee who was competent so I hope quality improves (looked like it was just them though, only two ppl working on the weekend in the middle of lunch rush... still better quality than I got over the past four months)Side notes: dumpster lid open (smells like death don't park near it), birds scattering chicken bones around the dumpster and to the backyards of nearby houses. Trash in parking lot. Trashcan out-front overflowing (opening crew empties it when they can, why doesn't night-crew empty it when closing?)To long didn't read: only order wet sauce and expect oddly chunky ranch..Also demand a receipt and use that to submit reviews, Google reviews don't matter to franchise owners.(I'm old Greeeeeeg)

Food and service was effective and delicious,Quality was met with positivity and the overall customer service was A quality for a busy time of service and customer orders.The staff stayed on top of their speed, quality of service and overall job responsibilities.Overhearing the kitchen. Communication amongst peers gave a welcoming vibe of respect and teamwork.The online ordering is and always will be the most efficient form of getting what you want in a timely manner

ive never been to an establishment that doesn’t accept tap OR cash. tried to call to order food and the line doesn’t even work so don’t even try calling this place. we drive 20 mins to get there and they don’t accept tap, no big deal. we literally say okay we’ll be back to get cash and they say okay, come back with cash and apparently they don’t take cash either? seems like a place that don’t care to make money to me and from the reviews i bet they don’t make much. i don’t even write reviews especially bad ones but yall don’t need to waste your time coming here the food probably sucks too.

Well the sad truth is that I kno to much about the dump cuz I work there haha. There's no attention to quality or cleanliness. I took care of the cleanliness issues so its much better then when I started 2 months ago. Wingstop is all about speed so the quality suffers badly. We r tryin to make it better tho.

Kudos to this location. It seems almost statistically impossible to never have food ready on time. You'd almost think they'd screw up occasionally and have something ready when it is supposed to be. Bravo ?

Manager Chris word for word told me « Check your tone » We waited over 2 hours for our food, were passed to 3 separate people while on hold. Each answered not knowing we were on hold and when we finally spoke to someone, we were frustrated asking for our food and a timeline since 3 people couldn’t find our order. Chris was extremely rude on the phone and I can’t imagine a employee/manager ever disregarding a customer’s frustrations over a 2 hour wait with « Check your tone » unbelievable.

This place is a hit or miss if you order for delivery. Every once in awhile my order is right. Most times I'm missing something. Such as today. I am patient a majority of the time however when I'm spending my money and especially if prices are rising, I expect ALL my food to be in my order.

Seriously need to correct your pick up times. I waited because I know they are never ready on time. But to say on the app ready and have to wait another 15 minutes is ridiculous. This is all Wingstop’s. I will go anywhere else in the future.
