Rizwana is always so helpful with any questions we have. Recently took 2 of my MILs rings left to me to get resized- both had beads on them for stability. She understood when I said I did not want to alter the integrity of the rings- she made sure to add to the note to the jeweler that said do not take them off when sending them out- very personal experience.
