“I've been doing business with Bob's for almost 10 years. I have found them to be honest, professional and head and shoulders above others I've dealt with. Their mechanics have always provided top notch, professional, timely results. Bob is a reasonable man who listens and offers useful advice when asked. Christiana (Bob's secret weapon) is a kind soul, her even temper and gentle manner combined with her interpersonal skills are what I suspect hold the front of this business together. If asked I would and have strongly recommend Bob's Complete Auto Repair to anybody in need of top a quality repair.”

“I was referred to automotive 89 by a friend. And today I took my daughter’s car Toyota RAV4 to them with a new driver side door handle so they could install it. It was a small job, but they took a lot of time, especially Brett. He answered a lot of questions that I had and he was honest and kind. I told him I thought he was the owner. Austin also installed the new door handle that was totally broken and gave me advice on replacing a passenger side visor that I needed to know…. And I wouldn’t have known if both Brett and he hadn’t spent time looking at it and helping me. I will definitely refer them and I hope to use them in the future with larger problems that they uncovered with my daughter‘s car.”

“I just came here for a simple oil change and it went smoothly and was able to keep my toddler entertained with what they had in the office the whole time. Price was good. They had the prices for the different oils on the board along with other services in the office. I didn’t really keep track of the time but I’d say it took about 30 minutes or so. I came in first thing in the morning, not the first customer by the way but they got my car in immediately. They have an arcade game you can play for free, they had some bumper stickers, and on their big board they had a section left open so you can doodle if you like. There’s a picnic bench outside to sit and maybe eat at if you like. Payment was simple, got our reciept, and we were on our way. Thank you guys!”

“Steve Foubert's workmanship is the best I've found in years, for sure the best anywhere around the Chino/Paulden area. I had him install a rebuilt transmission in my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4. The work was exactly within the time frame he gave me. I am completely satisfied with the work Steve did for me. Pricing was very good for the high quality provided. I highly recommend Steve Foubert.”

The owner, Avery takes great care and detail to make sure you'll be back on the road safely. Great work, honest, very fair prices, they won't rip you off. Highly recommend! 5 stars”
