“We were having a problem with the brakes on our 2020 Mini Cooper Countryman grabbing and squealing. The brakes were recently replaced by the dealer we bought the car from used, so we were confused why we would be having brake problems. The team at European Auto Technicians diagnosed the issue and presented us with options to correct the issue. After repair the car is driving like new and the braking issue is fully resolved. “I’m so glad I found this place! I recently brought my 2015 TDI Passat here because my check engine light was intermittently coming on and it just wasn’t driving like it should, it was being sluggish. My heater was also not working. I was worried because this vehicle is my only transportation. I live in Prescott but work in PV. The entire process went super smoothly and everyone I had an interaction with was very kind. They were honest, upfront, and very fair. While my vehicle was being worked on they let me use a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. My vehicle is running great now and my heater works. I will surely be bringing her back any time she needs any work or maintenance done. I highly recommend this place they are really great!”
“I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are fast, fair, and truly know what they’re doing. My car had been in and out of the dealership for nearly three months due to warranty issues, and it was a complete joke — every time it came back, there was another problem or a check engine light still on. I was exhausted going back and forth with the dealership and getting nowhere.
I finally brought it to Iconic, and they figured it out immediately and had it fixed the same day. No runaround, no excuses — just honest work and real results. After everything I dealt with, this was such a relief.

“The best shop in Yavapai county if not the state. they where able to fix my gmc Duramax 2500 after i had spent 25k in 9 other shops all around the quad city's and not a single one of them could fix it including lamb chevy. they stayed in contact with me every step of the way was never kept out of the loop with things and made everything right by me. this shop went above and beyond when no one else would. i bought a lemon of a truck from a bad dealer in town and had only driven it 600 miles in less then a year before it died. it took me 3 more years of bad shady mechanics and dealerships before i found precision who actually took care of me and fixed the truck. for that i will only bring me vehicles personally and my business vehicles to them. this review was far over do for them personal matters got in the way but would never use any other shop.”
