“We were having a problem with the brakes on our 2020 Mini Cooper Countryman grabbing and squealing. The brakes were recently replaced by the dealer we bought the car from used, so we were confused why we would be having brake problems. The team at European Auto Technicians diagnosed the issue and presented us with options to correct the issue. After repair the car is driving like new and the braking issue is fully resolved. We recommend European Auto Technicians 100%.”
“I’m so glad I found this place! I recently brought my 2015 TDI Passat here because my check engine light was intermittently coming on and it just wasn’t driving like it should, it was being sluggish. My heater was also not working. I was worried because this vehicle is my only transportation. I live in Prescott but work in PV. The entire process went super smoothly and everyone I had an interaction with was very kind. They were honest, upfront, and very fair. While my vehicle was being worked on they let me use a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. My vehicle is running great now and my heater works. I will surely be bringing her back any time she needs any work or maintenance done. I highly recommend this place they are really great!”

“The best shop in Yavapai county if not the state. they where able to fix my gmc Duramax 2500 after i had spent 25k in 9 other shops all around the quad city's and not a single one of them could fix it including lamb chevy. they stayed in contact with me every step of the way was never kept out of the loop with things and made everything right by me. this shop went above and beyond when no one else would. i bought a lemon of a truck from a bad dealer in town and had only driven it 600 miles in less then a year before it died. it took me 3 more years of bad shady mechanics and dealerships before i found precision who actually took care of me and fixed the truck. for that i will only bring me vehicles personally and my business vehicles to them. this review was far over do for them personal matters got in the way but would never use any other shop.”

“Thank you for the amazing service. Woke up with a flat tire today, called Prescott Tire Pros, and they said to come down; I pumped up the tire and drove to the shop. They found a screw in the tire. They had me in and out in 30 minutes. They are the best in town!”
“I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Lynette, and their team. They are a true example of what a family-owned repair shop should be. From the moment I brought in my car, they treated me with honesty, respect, and genuine care.
I originally thought I needed a starter, but instead of just replacing parts and charging me, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue. They found a loose battery cable connection that was causing the starting problem and fixed the actual cause. That kind of honest troubleshooting saved me money and showed me they truly care about doing the job right.
They also took care of several other important repairs, including a serious valve cover leak and oil that had gotten into the spark plug wells. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done professionally, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.
Kevin and Lynette run their shop with integrity, kindness, and old-fashioned customer service that is hard to find these days. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.

“My wife's car a Z4 BMW was blowing warm air instead of cold air conditioned air. My first suspicion of course was the compressor. Huzzy 4 has over 100,000 miles on it and so I expected the compressor was about ready to give out. Instead of taking it down to an independent repair shop which I use before I decided to go to the young because of all the five-star ratings it received. The result was that they found out that it was not the compressor but a wiring harness that a mouse and all the garage decided to dine on. Got a fair price on the repair and I was very happy with their service. I highly recommend them.”
“Cannot believe I waited this long to discover these guys. Brought my beloved Jetta TDI to them for an oil change & checkup & they were outstanding. I had the best conversation with a couple of their service guys who were so knowledgeable & gave me some fantastic advice on my car. Not only did they tell me I can keep running my car with its multiple mileage, they said there’s no reason why I couldn’t get more mileage! When I was told by a DEALER I had little to no life left in the vehicle. I won’t be taking my imports ANYWHERE else again. These guys also didn’t feed me any lines, didn’t suggest any unnecessary work & didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot because I’m female (I know a bit about cars), I hate when garages try to take advantage of women, especially. I live over an hour from this location but it’s worth it to have a team I know I can FULLY trust to work on my future vehicle adventures. Don’t take your imports anywhere else!”
“Excellent experience, they we’re so friendly over the phone - my car broke down at 4:30 on a Friday, they were able to take it in and I called Monday at 8 AM when they open and they were already diagnosing it. The repairs were expected to be complete Wednesday night and they were finished Monday night- considering I was from out of town and this was a huge inconvenience, they made what could have been a headache a very smooth and easy process!! very happy with the work they did and excellent customer service!! “I heard the commercial for certified transmission explaining the service and experience they offer. I wanted to have my transmission serviced to make sure I didn't have any problems to worry about. My vehicle has a sealed system so i cant monitor the fluid myself. They offered pick up and return of vehicles so I inquired about this service. I work within 10 minutes of their garage and they were able to pick my car up and return it to me. My transmission was serviced and fluid changed. I can definitely tell I needed to have this done. It's running great. I have almost 200,000 miles on my vehicle and hope to get at least another 200,000 with proper maintenance. They even checked over my vehicle to make sure I didn't have any other issues I should have taken care of. I appreciate that. I will be taking my car to them when I need service. They are very courteous and great customer service. I highly recommend them.”
