“If I could give these guys ten stars, I would! I went to them on a strongly positive referral from another well-reviewed shop, and am so glad I did. I'm a fulltime nomad who lives in a travel trailer. My truck that pulls this trailer was having major overheating issues. I did what I could to address these by replacing the thermostat and coolant. However, when my temp gauge continued to behave erratically, I knew it was time to bring in the pros. And pros they are!Not only was Sean responsive as heck when I first called, but when I arrived, Jason actually LISTENED carefully to my explanation of what had been happening. Then he asked me great questions to set the stage for a relevant diagnostic testing session, and explained to me what the possible culprits might be. I felt respected and cared about -- no "mansplaining," which I cannot tell you how much I despise, and how often I have had to endure it elsewhere. So gals, don't be afraid to come here and be made to feel stupid. These guys really do it right.When I learned what it would take to fix, I was pleasantly surprised at the cost quoted. They told me what they thought it would take timewise, and I explained to them that I need to be in Yuma in a few days to catch a flight. He told me he'd do his best to get the parts ordered right away and said it should be ready in two days. What actually happened was that they ordered parts early enough that they were able to get it finished in a single day! I was ecstatic, and when I got there, they showed me what had been done (no surprises), the results of their tests and the test drive post-repair.Of course they didn't have the chance to hitch up my trailer or tow it up hills, but the way the temperature gauge behaved and the fact that the truck sounded way quieter when I started the engine makes me feel optimistic that all is well. And if not, I feel confident that I can bring it back and they will do what must be done to make it right.I've put Kirby Automotive in my permanent contacts list, because I come back to this area frequently and now have a reliable shop I feel I can trust with any future work. “The dealership is now called Blue Compass. We purchased a 2024 Grand Design trailer from them in Oct of 2023.Our sales consultant Mark Teeters was fantastic. He worked hard to get us a good trade-in value for our motorhome and he was prompt to return our calls. Mark is down to earth and very easygoing. He even went the extra mile to assist us, on his own time, with the delivery of our new unit. We were glad to have him as our salesperson.Josh in the service department was very thorough with the walk through of our new trailer. He was knowledge and explained all the whistles and bells and answered our questions with patience and candor. He even assisted us with the purchase of a new trailer hitch.Rob Rolland in the finance department is very personable. Anyone who has bought a recreational vehicle knows this can be the most taxing part of the process. “We were in the area for a hunt and picked up a razor blade out on a forest road. Paul and the guys were very helpful and offer free tire patches. Unfortunately our tire was beyond repair. They were able to get an exact replacement in the next morning and had it installed and my tires rotated by mid day. Price for tire and install was very competitive and they did the rotation for free.”

“Being new to the area, I was in need of a good mechanic and was recommended to Fast Lane by a neighbor. I made an appointment over the phone with Joey to bring in my 73 Camaro for carb and suspension problems. Dan personally diagnosed the issues and gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done, which I thought was fair. An additional appt. was set up to get the necessary parts in and do the work. Dan and his shop guys took care of everything as promised and even replaced a leaking gas line free of charge. I asked him if he worked on imports too and he said absolutely. So a couple days later I brought in my 300zx with starting issues and Dan immediately diagnosed as a failing fuel pump. Brought it back in when the part arrived and the work was done flawlessly and timely. Dan and his shop are knowledgeable, fair, and easy to talk to. Thank you (and Joey too).”

“I recently purchased a '05 6.0 Powerstroke. I was due for an oil/fuel filter change and contacted All American to get an appointment scheduled. I also had a check engine light which was for a glow plug. Ilene got me scheduled over the phone but said she would have Jerry give me a call to answer the questions I had. Jerry call me that day, answered my questions and talked me through what to use if I decided to do the oil and fuel filters myself (which I did).I showed up for my appointment and Jerry got me taken care of right away. He ran test on everything and gave me options on taking care of the glow plug and a range of cost depending on what happened when he took it apart. Well, it all went well and the cost ended up coming in at the bottom of the range he gave me (love that!).After I had paid, Jerry came out to the truck and showed me a couple things to be keeping my eyes on and gave me some preventative steps I could do to help keep the truck running strong (and out of the shop).Jerry and Ilene are amazing! They take pride in their work and business and made me feel like they wanted what was best for me.Great people and the best shop around! Look no further.”
