“I had a blood draw at the Chino Valley office this morning as the one nearest my house is temporarily closed. I was a walk-in, so waiting the 40 minutes I waited was no big deal. The amazing part was the lady at the front desk was the only one working in the entire facility. She was assisting people at the window, then doing blood draws, then back to the window…….and her attitude was GREAT! When she drew my blood, I asked if it was always this way & she said it had been for a couple of weeks, but they are starting interviews tomorrow. She said she just keeps doing one thing at a time & hopes they can hire soon. She is an outstanding employee! I hope she is appreciated. Thank you Ava, you rock!”
