“I have had my blood drawn every 3 months for the last ten years. I have been to University hospitals in two states. I leave with a bruised arm that stays black and blue for weeks. I went to YRMC lab in Prescott Valley. I left with not even a speck of a bruise that could be seen on my arm. The young lady who performed this procedure was a “student” according to her name tag. I never felt the needle and have no bruising at all. She is to be commended for her professional and compassion!!”
