“I was in need of getting an appointment for a passport and the Globe post office was the only location that had availability. I drove from Phoenix late afternoon and arrived to be greeted by the friendliest postal employee I have ever met. PALMA YOU ARE AMAZING!!!! I thought I had everything prepared for an easy process, however I brought the wrong paperwork. She politely gave me the correct paperwork and walked me through the forms so it was done correctly. Even when I made a "Few" mistakes on the paperwork and we had to restart she was very helpful. She went above and beyond every step of the way.
