“I needed a notary and I went to numerous places and could not find one. One of the banks refused because I was not a customer (obviously I never will be either). The local Post Offices web site said they had a notary but they did not. The doors were locked at two local Real Estate offices. I went to my bank which was a considerable distance from my home, but they were just in the process of one of the girls getting their notary. My bank's tellers told me to go down the street to PNC Bank, and they were positive I would get the notary help there.
I walked in the door of PNC Bank and was greeted warmly from the teller and offered a bottle of water. The teller had one of the Branch Bankers, Dylan Rodriguez-Dominguez, assist me in immediately getting my documents notarized. Not being a customer was not an issue and no fee was charged. I was treated like a valued customer which very likely could be the case in the near future. Thank you Dylan and the teller (I am sorry I did not get her name, but I am positive all their employees are equally as kind and caring)!”
