She helped me call the back office and get my accounts unrestricted. She was so calming and understanding of my situation. Left the branch with my problem fixed! “5 Stars ONLY due to the amazing service from Tressa E. The bank itself is terrible. Getting accounts set up is a huge hassle, no one answers the phone, finding information is difficult at best. I'll never, ever, deal with PCFCU again if I can help it. But when I've been able to reach a live person (which is INCREDIBLY difficult, they love their automation... even though its rarely functional and very difficult to work with), the actual employees have been amazing.”
