Even when I went in to open up my business accounts, they were so patient with me and all my questions. The app is easy to navigate and I never worry about getting charged ridiculous fees- unlike at the other bank. Today I came in to deposit a check and had the pleasure of working with Rhian. I cannot get over how amazing the customer service is here. They treat you like a person, not just an account number. That type of customer service goes a long way in my book and I'll be moving ALL my accounts over soon. Thank you to everyone at the Cottonwood branch- y'all are the best!”
