“This is a great bank, and great branch. The customer service is excellent. The Manager, Diane Tarazon is extremely knowledgeable and always welcoming and gracious. Roxanne Wheeler is super friendly, very competent, efficient and drops everything she is doing to greet co-signers who come inside to accomplish transactions. I am just getting to know Amy. She has a great attitude, and is finishing up training at this branch. I give this place 5 Stars!”

“This branch depends on who you get the appointment with. Most of the guys can be pushy to get you to invest tons of cash with them. The woman banker, Barbara, is friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoy my visits when I can speak with her and get all my needs met and is proactive in avoiding future problems. I hope she never retires! I still occasionally see my last banker, Gigi, there, and she was great too.”

If wait times are long, it means you arrived at a particularly busy time and staffing is overwhelmed. Please be PATIENT with this small bank branch in a small town of only about 5000 people.”
