“My name is Renee Walden, and I live in Cottonwood,AZ I just wanted to say that Rigel and Jauqine at the bank helped me avoid fraudulent charges on my Debit card. I went into the bank and asked a question about the fraud department of your bank called and said they were wanting me to call back and I was a bit confused so I talked to them about the call. Rigel found a charge on my Debit card and I didn't make that purchase so I just wanted to say how good they are at their job and they are both always kind and helpful.

“Dani and her staff went above and beyond all i could ask or think to solve a difficult long standing problem.Ihad been to several branches in Prescott &Prescott Valley for almost a year.Dani truly blessed me and was able to research and locate a lost cashiers check [others said it was a lost cause at other Foothills banks.] I will gladly reopen my accounts with Foothills bank in coytonwood.Thank you Dani and staff”

“The credit union helped my son opened his first checking account with a debit card. First it started with the extremely helpful and efficient teller Candy Yatsinko who helped us with a smile and professionalism and then we were transferred to Mike Bodgett. Watching him interact and help my son navigate his first bank account was so amazing. He was so patient and kind and i loved how he was making direct eye contact with my son to make sure he understood what he was saying. I really can't say enough great things about both of these employees. 10/10 customer service and that is super rare to find these days”
