U-Haul Moving & Storage of Verde Valley provides an excellent customer experience with very friendly and helpful staff. The facility is very nice, clean, and neat. The team offers superb customer service, taking great care of customers, answering all questions, and looking out for them by explaining contracts and even offering tips to save money. Staff members follow up diligently to ensure customers are taken care of. The trucks are clean and ready for reservation, which is an easy process. The location also features lots of locally made items for sale. Customers report being very pleased and highly recommend this U-Haul for its excellent staff and service, stating they would use it again in a heartbeat.
