“This location is a small one and under construction. There is a small front office that can accommodate 4 people so if they get more than 4 it would be difficult to help everyone promptly but every time I have visited I just had to push the button and a nice lady pokes her head out. I give her my slip for mail that can’t fit in my mailbox or needed a signature and she disappears back in hole, a little funny if you look at it, and shortly she pops back out and hands me my package with a friendly smile and have a good day. I think the other people who rate this location poorly are the cause of the problem with impatience”

“It wasn't with the service center, it was the fact that the driver the last two days says he's tried to deliver and that no one's been home but we've been home the past two days waiting. We spoke to the driver, and apparently someone was trying to steal our package so that's why he wasn't delivering it he was just being cautious and we appreciate it.”
