“Carrie is always so helpful and pleasant. She explains all your shipping options and she doesn't rush. I live closer to the Willow Creek location/store, but I drive the extra miles because of the excellent customer service I receive from Carrie at the Gurley Street UPS Store n Prescott AZ. Keep up the good work Carrie!”
“Halie and Shawn are so incredibly helpful, even when they are overwhelmed with customers. Every single time I go in they set aside the tasks they are working on in back to come greet and assist in every way possible!!! Excellent customer service!”
“I drive from Dewey to do business here. Great customer service. Government employees that are efficient and courteous! Like finding a meadow full of unicorns ?”
“Everyone is always so kind! They all work hard to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner.
Elise is my favorite teller! She makes me laugh and can always put me in a good mood! She is absolutely awesome 👌!”
“The employee working was so sweet. Wish I got her name but she had short brown hair. She was super helpful cus I did not know how to do any of the things. I wish there was a tip system for the employees because she really helped me out.”
