“My husband and I were on our way home from Phx yesterday and stopped to get gas in Springerville. Got back in and our car would not start nothing. My husband got out to look under the hood and there one cable on our battery was fried. The man getting gas in front of us came over and asked if we need help? He just happened to be the Manager of O'Reilly in Eagar. He got on the phone instantly and gave a list to his Asst . Manger to bring down. They got the parts in and he got ahold of a shop that could get us taken care of. They got it started and followed us to the shop where we got it repaired. I belive it could of been at least one of their lunch breaks and he took his lunch break to help him. That was some awesome customer service that I have seen in a long time. Thank you O'Reilly Eagar,AZ for you great customer service for us
