“I'm so happy to see Kathy here. She has always helped me at the other store no matter how small of an issue I had.I came by this location since the one in Youngtown closed a fewdays ago, and someone else was here didn't catch her name but she was rude and wasn't willing to help me. But I needed help and I came today and when I saw Kathy I new she'd fix my phone like she always did.”
