“My wife and I wanted to upgrade our old Samsung S10 phones to the latest S25 Ultra phones. We have been T-Mobile customers for 9 years. At this kiosk we dealt with store manager Jonathan Lucas. He was extremely helpful, and took the time to explain things in detail. Even though we did not get the unlocked new phones there, he did show us the benefits of a specific phone plan upgrade, which we signed up for with him. We highly recommend Jonathan and this kiosk inside Costco. We never felt pressured to buy anything, just so he could get a commission (like we did at the T-Mobile store at Prasada Gateway Ave. and Waddell Rd., nearby).”

“Six Day's ago, for some reason I was locked out of my phone which is less than two months old. I talked to several people who couldn't help me including The Geek Squad and the local UBreakIFix store. No one had any idea how I was going to get access to my Phone. I went to The Surprise T Mobile Store off of Grand Ave and luckily Roberto was available. He said he had an Idea and just maybe he could be it to work. He was very patient and took his time and finally I got my phone back. I'm 78 years old and not too tech savvy. I was about to quit T Mobile but now I'm a loyal customer. T Mobile, needs to hang on to Roberto. He is the BEST!!!”
“I was only stopping in to return the wifi tower and plugs. It was pretty packed and i.didnt know when someone would help. Literally as I looked for a place to sit a lady came up to me, greeted me, and providing her name that I am struggling to remember. Sorry lady but thank you. She asked how she could help me. I explained, she said no problem. I gave her the tower and cords and my name and that was the rest of it. Fast, quick, with no questions or issues and 8 was gone within 5 min or less.
