Most of them looked young still but that big guy. The big one was about as big as a medium sized dog. He's easily 4 or 5 times the size of the other guys. Could possibly put a saddle on him and let your toddler ride him around the yard.”

“I've been feeding Suzys to our two pitbulls for 3 months now and I cannot believe the change in their health. I've always considered feeding raw but the overwhelming amount of information online about how to formulate beneficial recipes was daunting. With Suzys you can get simple & complete recipe plans for a fair price. Our dogs went from constant skin, allergy, and weight issues to leaner and healthy in just a few short months. All this, just from making the change from the vets recommended and overpriced canned foods to Suzys raw food. I now find myself feeling guilty for ever feeding my dog anything else. Couldn't recommend this place enough.”
“I had no idea this place was here but I am glad I found them. Super friendly staff and great prices on their products. They offer a 10% walk in discount but also do delivery for orders over $49. They carry a lot of the smaller brands you won't find at the big box pet stores, which is exactly what I was looking for. Best of all they had the cutest, most well behaved mascot, Olive, on hand to greet me and accept all my scratches. Made for a great visit! I recommend you definitely check them out!”

“Great place to adopt from! Love that they let the cats free roam and play throughout the building. Adoption was very easy, and the take home goodie bags are very nice and had a good amount of treats, food, and toys for these boys! They started bonding at the shelter the day we visited, and happy to report they are the best of friends, always playing, sleeping, wrestling, and grooming each other. Staff was very friendly and patient and answered the 20 or so questions we had for them. Highly recommend 4 paws rescue! Also be sure to check out their thrift store next door, we got a great deal on 2 cat carrier bags, and saw another couple get a nice big cat tower!”
“This store has been nothing but wonderful for myself and my son who just got a leopard gecko at another store. However, this store is close to us and we have come in for supplies, making several visits. They have always been extremely helpful and informative about this gecko who is currently seeming unwell. I've dealt with probably four or five different employees and they are all seriously so kind and so pleasant to work with and just they all seem like stand-up people. So kudos to you guys. Giving great customer service is one thing, but also just being a genuinely good person is a step beyond that, so I think they have the perfect combination of both with their staff.”

“Was looking for a flea collar due to unfortunate circumstances and when I went to grab one off the shelf, I checked inside the containers, and they were all empty. I was nervous going up to checkout hoping they just kept the actual product behind the counter; it turned out this was exactly the case. I was able to get the collar! Friendly cashier, clean store.”

I stopped going to PetSmart (all PetSmarts) years ago because of an employee like her.
Truthfully I think there could be worse customers than myself as I’m pretty considerate and have years of going into this store. Consistently buying $150- $250 or more every other week.. As the owner of a small cat sanctuary my orders are large and nobody ever complains about it but tonight was different the employee didn’t have to say anything.. just the attitude was terrible. She asked me my name and let out a sigh when she realized which order was mine and she asked if I had help to load it up I said no, then she proceeded to tell me if I was going to open the gate of my truck for her.. I planned on getting out to help her from the get go and I did. I understand that not everyone is used to the load I cary.. but I pick up large orders like this routinely, and I don’t just go to this store sometimes I have to go to various stores to get all the products I need.. then I get to my destination and unload and organize it all on my own.. I also manage and clean after the cats on my own and I’m not complaining but bringing a cart out a few feet away from the cash register is nothing compared to everything I do myself.
I guess I choose curbside for the ease and convenience it offers.
Honestly the only reason I prefer curbside is because those shopping carts are tiny and my products are large so inevitably once I push them off the curb and across the parking lot things always fall out in the middle of the road. If there were larger carts I’d go in and do it myself.
It just makes more sense for the cart to never leave the entrance of the store.
Anyway might be best to order chewy delivery at this point unless it’s an I need it now type of day..”
