“I made a reservation through a Google link to Super.com about the AMERICAS BEST VALUE motel in Eloy, Arizona. They confirmed a reservation by making a charge on my credit card and sent me a reservation confirmation by email. When I arrived at the motel I was told by the motel desk agent that they had no such reservation and did not work with Super.com. They told me I could make the desired reservation by doing a charge for a larger amount on my credit card. Obviously, someone committed fraud against me, I contacted Super.com on this that evening, they confirmed receipt of my info on the motel, the contact info of the motel staff, and they indicated that they'd do a refund. This was late at night on Friday evening.

Obviously, I showed up to the motel expecting that the total bill would be the smaller amount, and disappointed that an immediate resolution to the alleged fraud was offered by the motel with me paying more. But that was my decision to agree to paying this higher amount instead (which resulted in getting this motel room) as the motel confirmed to me verbally that they did not commit fraud but that Super.com must have done so if they had done this transaction as there was no way that this motel could honor this transaction that Super.com had promised to deliver. I have no idea on what communications may have happened between Super.com and the motel so I can't say for certain who exactly committed fraud & can just confirm that someone committed fraud against me.

But the motel clerk was nice and sympathetic to me. They gave me good service the rest of my stay until the next morning. My advice to anyone thinking of staying at this motel is to contact them directly and not through super.com.”

“The service here is unbelievably good. The front desk and maids, all happy/friendly. The girl who worked the breakfast bar was super sweet and goes waaaay beyond her job description to accommodate and assist the hotel guests. It’s like the whole staff woke up on the right side of the bed. Rooms were very clean, nice workout room, conveniently located.”
