They'll be three to five of our boys coming to school at NAU in the fall and to be able to see the different types of housing made a huge difference. Ellie went above and beyond to help with a delivery of a package that was sent to the wrong address. She not only solved the issue, she then followed up with me to share that the issue had been resolved. She was willing to assist when she could have just said that it was not their problem and for me to take it up with the delivery company. Thank you Ellie for your kindness and willingness to help.”

“Sterling Pointe could be the best apartment complex in Flagstaff. Sure, as other reviewers have mentioned sometimes the apartments can show signs of wear and maybe even be a little dirty. But if there's one thing you can 0 doubts about it's that the Brent from the management team and Jeff from the maintenance team are always on top of it. I addressed the apartment was dirty and Brent sent an entire cleaning crew the same day not even 2 hours later. Whenever I've needed servicing, Jeff from the maintenance team immediately responds and are extremely efficient. I really couldn't ask for more from Sterling Pointe. Regardless of their shortcomings, they always make it right.”

“Fast easy move in very friendly office lady’s very quite complex just wish the pool wasn’t out of order love the dog park playground fire pits my kids also want to roast marshmallows now wish they had more handicap apartments for my mother very quite place very peaceful do wish there wear peep holes to see who’s at the door though but can’t complain very affordable”
