With direct access to I-40 and Historic Route 66, residents enjoy easy access to downtown, the mall, Sedona, and Coconino National Forest. The robust amenities include a resort-style pool, fitness center, basketball court, playground, lounge, and BBQ area.

Good place to live with a good location near the south Woodlands (walmart) shopping center. Very close to south campus as well. Rent prices are fairly standard for the area (unfortunately), but still a vast discount compared to yugo or other campus style apartments. Pet friendly and great staff.
