“The Suites are a great location with all the amenities you need- gym, dining hall few yards away, laundry. Facilities very clean with several social spaces for studying, cooking, etc.
Brooklyn gave us our tour and was amazing! She was super friendly and answered all our questions. All front desk staff was great.”
“Community cookouts are the bomb ? shout out to the grill master. Very much appreciated ?

“Just recently moved in with my wife. I have been living in Flagstaff for 7 years and I am disappointed that I had not found this place sooner! It’s a peaceful, quiet, lovely area. AB made the move-in process very easy and pain free. I feel very safe here and my neighbors are quite friendly. Simply a great place to live!”
“We moved our son into these apartments last week. We had a few issues upon move in with the apartment being clean and furniture being worn. When brought to Hilltops attention, they immediately made it right and then some. They had cleaners in the next day and replaced the sofa. We are so thankful for their swift action. My son loves living here and weee so grateful he has his own space to learn and feel at home.”
“I moved in at the end of July after applying in late June. A week before move-in, my key pickup time had to be pushed back due to maintenance finishing repairs, which was a bit frustrating logistically, but the office communicated the change clearly.
Since then, my experience has been very positive. The office staff, especially Galen and Kylee are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Maintenance has also been great: requests are handled in a reasonable time frame, staff are knowledgeable, and they even take the time to explain repairs (and are very sweet to my dog).
Perks include being close to NAU with a nearby bus stop while still being a quiet community, being college- and pet-friendly, having in-unit washer/dryer, outdoor storage, and helpful amenities like a gym, guest parking, and snow removal.
A few things to be aware of: the hot tub has been out of service for quite some time, some features feel more functional than modern (older thermostat, refurbished appliances, no AC), and my floor plan lacks pantry space.
Overall, the community is peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed. The friendly staff truly make it a good and safe place to live, and I’d recommend it to students or pet owners looking for a quiet place close to campus.”
“Sterling Pointe could be the best apartment complex in Flagstaff. Sure, as other reviewers have mentioned sometimes the apartments can show signs of wear and maybe even be a little dirty. But if there's one thing you can 0 doubts about it's that the Brent from the management team and Jeff from the maintenance team are always on top of it. I addressed the apartment was dirty and Brent sent an entire cleaning crew the same day not even 2 hours later. Whenever I've needed servicing, Jeff from the maintenance team immediately responds and are extremely efficient. I really couldn't ask for more from Sterling Pointe. Regardless of their shortcomings, they always make it right.”
“Good place to live with a good location near the south Woodlands (walmart) shopping center. Very close to south campus as well. Rent prices are fairly standard for the area (unfortunately), but still a vast discount compared to yugo or other campus style apartments. Pet friendly and great staff.”
