“Hands down the best team and complex I have ever leased from. Ginny and Nancy were specifically professional, helpful, and kind.

The maintenance team and office team are so prompt, considerate, and helpful.

I felt respected here and enjoyed the overall quiet of this location and the quick access to shopping centers just 5 minutes away. I loved the trails just steps away at the back of the complex.

If I was able to, I would be continuing another lease here. I will miss this complex. Love the views from my balcony on my second floor.

“We lived at Forest Meadows for four years while finishing a degree program at NAU. The location cannot be beat if you are a student. The bus route to campus picks up right in front of the complex, and biking is an easy alternative form of transportation from this location. No expensive parking pass needed. We had some maintenance issues (to be expected over the course of four years). Ron was wonderful! We were really grateful for his help throughout our time at Forest Meadows. One final thing we appreciated is that quiet hours were observed. One of us worked while the other attended school. Not having to worry about loud parties late into the night was wonderful and allowed us to maintain a good sleep schedule. Highly recommend Forest Meadows for both students and working professionals.”

“We moved our son into these apartments last week. We had a few issues upon move in with the apartment being clean and furniture being worn. When brought to Hilltops attention, they immediately made it right and then some. They had cleaners in the next day and replaced the sofa. We are so thankful for their swift action. My son loves living here and weee so grateful he has his own space to learn and feel at home.”

“I moved in at the end of July after applying in late June. A week before move-in, my key pickup time had to be pushed back due to maintenance finishing repairs, which was a bit frustrating logistically, but the office communicated the change clearly.

Since then, my experience has been very positive. The office staff, especially Galen and Kylee are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Maintenance has also been great: requests are handled in a reasonable time frame, staff are knowledgeable, and they even take the time to explain repairs (and are very sweet to my dog).

Perks include being close to NAU with a nearby bus stop while still being a quiet community, being college- and pet-friendly, having in-unit washer/dryer, outdoor storage, and helpful amenities like a gym, guest parking, and snow removal.

A few things to be aware of: the hot tub has been out of service for quite some time, some features feel more functional than modern (older thermostat, refurbished appliances, no AC), and my floor plan lacks pantry space.

Overall, the community is peaceful, comfortable, and well-managed. The friendly staff truly make it a good and safe place to live, and I’d recommend it to students or pet owners looking for a quiet place close to campus.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Keith and Brent. From the very beginning, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and treated me like more than just another resident. Moving can be stressful, especially when you’re relocating for work, but they made the entire process smooth, easy, and reassuring every step of the way.

They never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.
