Have been a member of this bank for 7 years. Had such awful customer service with London a few days ago. Will be closing my account. Atms never work and the fees are ridiculous.

ATMs are always a pain to use. They’re consistently broken or give an error message. Also the NFC/tap feature doesn’t work on the ATM on Woodlands and West St. It’s been like that for a year or more.
