I don't know why this branch has low marks. Yes I think Chase in general has bad customer service but this was the absolute best customer service I've ever received from Chase!”

“This bank has tellers that are always courteous. They have two kiosks that help minimize wait time. Yes, if you don't schedule an appointment even if you have a quick item/question, other than the teller's services, you will wait an hour or more, or they will tell you no one available. This is new for me for general branch services. They should have a person that can handle walk-Ins specifically or another teller that can provide that extra level accommodation which should not require an appointment. But, overall, I have a good experience w the service from the tellers or once I am able to get w a banker. They are always genuine & resolve my item.”

“Typical BofA. BofA has gone from customer service to customers figuring out how to manage their own financial needs online. Fewer brick and mortar locations. I'm old school, so I like the opportunity to be able to go inside and talk to an associate about my banking needs. Its nice to be able to do that here, but know you'll probably be in a line because other people like that service too! ATM is a bit away from the building. You have to make a U-tern to get to the ATM kiosk. Harder for larger rigs.”
