I recently discovered an error on one of my accounts and went into the branch to talk to someone. When I got there, I spoke with Courtney, who instantly identified what the problem was, and then immediately started working on correcting the mistake. Courtney was sympathetic to my concerns, kept me apprised of what the bank was doing to fix it, and continuously updated me as to when I could expect a resolution of the matter. Courtney is extremely knowledgeable and has a great deal of expertise within the banking industry. She also takes customer service to a whole other level! When it was time for the business I work for to change banks due to continued frustration, I talked to the owner about OneAZ on Hwy 89. Amber Young went above and beyond to make the transition flow as easy as possible. The communication she offered between phone calls, emails, etc. to keep us informed on the progress of many small details was greatly appreciated. The only regret we have in not moving to them sooner. I highly recommend them for business or personal banking.”

I don't know why this branch has low marks. Yes I think Chase in general has bad customer service but this was the absolute best customer service I've ever received from Chase!”
