“This bank has tellers that are always courteous. They have two kiosks that help minimize wait time. Yes, if you don't schedule an appointment even if you have a quick item/question, other than the teller's services, you will wait an hour or more, or they will tell you no one available. This is new for me for general branch services. They should have a person that can handle walk-Ins specifically or another teller that can provide that extra level accommodation which should not require an appointment. But, overall, I have a good experience w the service from the tellers or once I am able to get w a banker. They are always genuine & resolve my item.”

When it was time for the business I work for to change banks due to continued frustration, I talked to the owner about OneAZ on Hwy 89. “The Wells Fargo location off Milton is truly the best in Flagstaff. I've never had a bad experience, and I've always been greeted happily but each teller. I've gotten notary papers done without waiting longer than 5 minutes each time, and I haven't experienced long waits in the teller line either. Sure there's busy times, but it seems to move smoothly. I'm thankful to have switched banks to Wells Fargo, as I get much better customer service here than the other bank I used to frequent.”

“During a challenging situation with a title transfer from Michigan, my dad and I did not have a good experience at the PNC in Michigan who refused to sign off on the title even though the lien was paid off. When we used this PNC bank in Flagstaff, we were helped by Susan who was amazing. She tried her best to sort our situation out and eventually we got it done. Susan had a great attitude and went out of her way to get us the info we needed and the results at the end. We don't bank with PNC, but I am grateful for her help and wanted to make sure to give her a 5-star review.”
