“I have done my personal banking with OneAz Credit Union for many years. I have always been very pleased with the one on one customer service provided by each employee. When it was time for the business I work for to change banks due to continued frustration, I talked to the owner about OneAZ on Hwy 89. Amber Young went above and beyond to make the transition flow as easy as possible. The communication she offered between phone calls, emails, etc. to keep us informed on the progress of many small details was greatly appreciated. The only regret we have in not moving to them sooner. I highly recommend them for business or personal banking.”

“This bank has tellers that are always courteous. They have two kiosks that help minimize wait time. Yes, if you don't schedule an appointment even if you have a quick item/question, other than the teller's services, you will wait an hour or more, or they will tell you no one available. This is new for me for general branch services. They should have a person that can handle walk-Ins specifically or another teller that can provide that extra level accommodation which should not require an appointment. But, overall, I have a good experience w the service from the tellers or once I am able to get w a banker. They are always genuine & resolve my item.”

“I am a big fan of wells fargo. Every branch that I have been in has always taken care of me. Been with WellsFargo since I lived in CA. I now go to this branch in the mall because of the great service and how close it is to my work. Since I work in the auto mall I can run by the bank on the way home. They are always willing to help me even when I think the questions I have may be a little weird. My last visit Jade helped me out and did a great job helping with a money transfer”
