As a 2nd time customer. Trying to reach anyone over the phone for the pass 3 days. Calls never go through, or get answered and hung up on. I thought it was a phone connection problem. So I went into store only to be treated with clipping words. Maybe a bad week or something because the last time i was there they were helpful.
