“My battery died in the Target parking lot. After a jump start, I came here and Kevin was extremely friendly and kind and helped install my new battery right away. I didn't feel as if he was trying to take advantage of me, especially since I don't know much about car mechanics. Kevin was genuinely interested in helping me and ensured everything was set before I left. It took less than 30 minutes.”
“After a workout at the flagstaff planet fitness today, I was unable to start my truck. I had one of the nice workers come out to try to jump start it. Lo and behold that’s when Chaleenah showed up. She had just come from work & was nice enough to come help. Thinking I may need a new battery she was willing to drive back to her shop to see if she had one in stock. I couldn’t believe she was willing to do that. In the mean time I was able to start my truck & head to her shop, where she ran diagnostics on my battery and alternator. Everything checked out, which was great news for me & without Chaleenahs help, could have taken days to figure out. Which again, whom had closed up shop & was supposed to be done for the day. However, when she saw me in the planet fitness parking lot, was nice enough to help. She is really willing to go above & beyond for people, customer or not. Highly recommend her for any batterie plus needs & will be keeping her in mind if I have any more problems while in the flagstaff area.”
