“This place is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from Alabama and found ourselves in a jam. The fuel pump went out and we were stuck on the exit ramp (Exit 331 on I-17N). These guys came and picked up my wife and stepdaughter while I waited for the tow truck to arrive. Then gentleman that came was extremely nice and in my opinion went out of his way to help us. The rate for rental was very affordable and should I need a rental car in the Flagstaff area again, I would contact them first. They had no problem with extending the rental when our vehicle wasn’t going to be ready by the time the initial rental time was up. The customer service and level of kindness and courtesy this place shows is top notch. Again I can’t thank this place or recommend this place enough. If you rent from them I promise you won’t be disappointed. They truly care about their customers.”

Even with the shortage in parts due to supply issues, he's always been able to take care of any repairs needing to be done to my vehicle. He's great about keeping me updated & informed on the status of repairs and any delays which is great too. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else based on my experience with the owner & service department. I recommend taking your vehicle here for service needs, or if you're shopping around for a new vehicle. They always have a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles to fit every budget. Please be patient with wait times, as they are busy like every other shop in town. They do their best to get everything handled efficiently and quickly for you. 5 stars!”

With limited resources provided to them by the corporation, I am certain they did everything they could (and more) to acquire parts, repair my car and get it back in my hands. There were a few occasions when I am certain they went above and beyond for me. I was kept informed about progress. The process was well explained.
Instead of just repairing my roof they showed me why a roof REPLACEMENT was a far better choice than just doing a REPAIR. That showed me my car mattered to them. When I picked up my car it was cleaner than when I dropped it off.”
