“Recently bought a new car and the experience was fair and professional. Mainly I wanted to add a review about the service department. Been in for regular service and for tire replacement, and very happy with them. Thank you for being such a great company.
My car was in for regular service, oil change and such. My service advisor was Jacob, and I felt well taken care of. And mine's not the only car we have serviced at the dealership, my son's 2013 Cruze as well. We both feel like we're well taken care of, and my newer Chevrolet, it wouldn't let anyone else touch it on this dealership. Thanks guys!!”
“This place is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from Alabama and found ourselves in a jam. The fuel pump went out and we were stuck on the exit ramp (Exit 331 on I-17N). These guys came and picked up my wife and stepdaughter while I waited for the tow truck to arrive. Then gentleman that came was extremely nice and in my opinion went out of his way to help us. The rate for rental was very affordable and should I need a rental car in the Flagstaff area again, I would contact them first. They had no problem with extending the rental when our vehicle wasn’t going to be ready by the time the initial rental time was up. The customer service and level of kindness and courtesy this place shows is top notch. Again I can’t thank this place or recommend this place enough. If you rent from them I promise you won’t be disappointed. They truly care about their customers.”

“I had rented a vehicle in Phoenix from another national vendor . I needed a replacement vehicle while visiting Sedona and they didn't have any available cars. In short, I was stranded. Tara at this Hertz location was so helpful and kind to work with. She helped us with finding a vehicle and quickly got us on our way. Tara thoroughly explained all our options and was so easy to work with. Thank you!!”

“The recent global outage on 7/19/24 disrupted our flight plans to the point we were stuck in the Atlanta Georgia airport for over 24 hours. We received no help from anyone in the airport and wound up renting a car from Avis and then drove to Flagstaff Arizona. There were an excessive amount of charges that we weren’t made aware of from the Avis in Atlanta, totaling to about $1000.00. Brooke and Crystal both helped the nightmare we had been dealing with finally come to an end. Crystal really went above and beyond for us by contacting her supervisor & having the charges removed. I truly appreciate her help after the stress from the last 48 hours, and because of her I was able to finally begin to enjoy my family vacation.”

“Best rental car experience I’ve ever had. I’ve rented from them 2 times and they get you in immediately, don’t over pressure to purchase additional coverage and had great customer service. Everyone was up beat even when I returned my car right as they were closing. They still offered me a ride home at closing time. ??????”
