“This place is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from Alabama and found ourselves in a jam. The fuel pump went out and we were stuck on the exit ramp (Exit 331 on I-17N). These guys came and picked up my wife and stepdaughter while I waited for the tow truck to arrive. Then gentleman that came was extremely nice and in my opinion went out of his way to help us. The rate for rental was very affordable and should I need a rental car in the Flagstaff area again, I would contact them first. They had no problem with extending the rental when our vehicle wasn’t going to be ready by the time the initial rental time was up. The customer service and level of kindness and courtesy this place shows is top notch. Again I can’t thank this place or recommend this place enough. If you rent from them I promise you won’t be disappointed. They truly care about their customers.”

“James at the Avis counter at the Flagstaff airport is my most favorite person right now. I rented a car from the Phoenix airport and drove to Flagstaff. That drive was one of the scariest I have ever done. I could not drive back down to the Phoenix airport due to my fear of heights. When I called Avis to ask to drop the car off at Flagstaff they told me I would have to pay an extra $800. The lady was so rude. I knew I could not drive down the mountain so I was going to have to pay the change fee. I got to the airport and James was so kind. He said he completely understood and he would waive all the fees. THIS is customer service. He has compassion and empathy and should receive a raise and a promotion as he is the only person at Avis that seems to care about their customers.Thank you James. I will never forget this experience.”

“Steve in the service department has been great during the pandemic, and even before that. Even with the shortage in parts due to supply issues, he's always been able to take care of any repairs needing to be done to my vehicle. He's great about keeping me updated & informed on the status of repairs and any delays which is great too. I've been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else based on my experience with the owner & service department. I recommend taking your vehicle here for service needs, or if you're shopping around for a new vehicle. They always have a great selection of new and pre-owned vehicles to fit every budget. Please be patient with wait times, as they are busy like every other shop in town. They do their best to get everything handled efficiently and quickly for you. 5 stars!”

“We had to take the hire car from their Denver offices to Flagstaff as we had done a lot of miles and the change oil notification was showing on the dashboard. I was dreading going as we had very poor service from 2 quite frankly obnoxious agents in Denver and thought it was company policy to be unhelpful or just downright rude. I was proven wrong at the flagstaff airport agency. The two agents we spoke with could not have done more for us. The change over of cars was seamless and we even got a recommendation to go and visit Arizona Snowbowl gondolas which we did as soon as we left the airport and it was brilliant. Thank you so much, faith restored in Hertz.”
