“I just arrived into Flagstaff from Phoenix when my car starting making a metallic clanking noise underneath. I used Yelp to help me find Auto Rehab, and after reading their website about their ethics with their employees as well as dealing with customers, gave them a call and Derrick so graciously listened and advised me. While they were very busy, Derrick took the car in that day and they diagnosed the problem and ordered parts to arrive the next day. The car was ready by 1:30 the next day. I was without a car and it was smokey out from a fire, so Daniel offered to come pick me up. I mean, Wow! I feel the price was fair, the work done was excellent and the service was outstanding. Dealing with this shop really was an extraordinary experience.”

“I had a check engine light for my emissions on my 2016 BMW X3 during our stay in Flagstaff. I called them to ask about this light that was coming on and off. They suggested bringing it in so that they could plug it in to see what was causing the alert. It turned out not to be an urgent problem and printed out what was detected so that I'll be able to have it checked out in Phoenix when I get back home. I appreciated that they were able to check it even though they were busy.”

“I was working with Oxendale Kia to fix all the recalls on my car, and was told to call this Inspectors Auto so they could do the molding on my windshield. Ryan was absolutely amazing helping me get everything situated. Kia told me it would take an additional two weeks to fix on top of the 3ish months I spent waiting to get all the parts, but Ryan was able to have someone there the next day to fix the molding. Despite me knowing nothing about my car Ryan was so kind and patient with me and even called me after to let me know everything was sorted out. I am so grateful for Ryan and everyone else at this Inspectors Auto for their urgency and ability to communicate effectively. 10/10 would definitely recommend :)”

“I have a 1967 Firebird. I had it in a neighbor's garage and went to start it and saw sparks and smoke under the hood. I was glad I had installed a battery cut off switch, I turned it off and avoided a major fire. I would not have been happy telling Bill and Yvette "thanks for letting me store the car, sorry your house burned down. I found it needed a new wiring harness so I ordered one. I asked Ric to install it and he did an excellent job He was very attentive to details and even installed the ground wire for the horn on the steering column so the horn worked (which it never did). All in all the work was excellent and the price was very reasonable! Ric found I had pinched the old harness between the fender and inner fender.”

“Best experience and service ever !!!!!My daughter was recently on a trip from Phoenix to Salt Lake on a Saturday. When she noticed, she had coolant leaking from her car.She went to a big box repair shop and Was quoted 1600 dollars and the repairs would not be able to be completed until Monday. From Salt Lake I called around to repair shops in the Flagstaff area and found seven day auto. I talked to Trina she told me it was possible to get it fixed on Sunday. She called around to verify parts availability and unfortunately no parts were available. I called my daughter and told her to take the car seven day auto and have a second opinion and planned on having her leave the car there for repairs. Upon arrival at seven day auto Joe came out and did an inspection and pressure test on the car. Found out it was a small leak at the thermostat housing. I talked to Joe on the phone and ask him if he thought it would be a problem finishing her drive to Salt Lake. He topped the coolant off and told me did not think it would be a problem finishing her drive. This is the kind of service we should all strive to achieve. “Heath's was one of 5 different shops we took our truck to in the last year, (Rough year). It was one of the best with regards to service, getting us in, and diagnosing/completing the repairs in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the odd pricing: $120 to install a couple of batteries in our truck. I asked them to check out a "clunk" sound in the steering, (which probably took 10min, but no repairs) and they charged nothing, yet... A little online research for some heat shields (no actual work done) cost me $137. Overall, I paid around $680, for two battery installations, and replacement of a single glow plug. I give 'em credit for saving me money on a glow plug control module, as well as reinstalling the wheel-well splash guards properly... No dealer has done that in any of my past visits over the years. We would recommend this shop, they know what they're doing, they're efficient, the shop is clean/organized, and customer service is good.”

“My van overheated on my trip from Kirkland, WA to Phoenix AZ. I was towed there by AAA who said University Auto was on their list of approved auto repair shops. They were great! I was of course a little freaked out from the whole experience. They explained what they would do and the worse case scenario (which didn't happen thank goodness). They gave me, my passenger and 2 pets with our stuff, a ride to the local Doubletree. They kept me informed of progress and diagnosis of the problem. They worked on and completed the diagnostic and repair quickly given they had a zillion cars they were working on. Got me out of there in a day & 1/2 (towed there Monday afternoon, repair done by Wednesday am). Relatively expensive (but what isn't). But they were great - I was very satisfied with their service. If I was in Flagstaff and needed auto work done I'd go there for sure.”
