“Passing through Flagstaff on my way Overlanding across the US. I was told I needed a new starter by two other places in town, but Robert assured me that was not the case. He suggested alternatives for peace of mind; getting a new gel battery which I will be doing. I was actually referred to Ascot by a friend who had lived in Flagstaff with her stating she felt prices were good and their honesty was appreciated and refreshing. Totally agree. “Finding a shop and Technicians like Auto Rehab are like finding GOLD! I’m a DIY guy and don’t use a shop very often, but heard from several people about this shop.
The engine on my 2020 Chevy Colorado literally blew up and I towed it to these guys. They installed a new engine, fixed a few other things and the truck is better than new!

“Got my windows tinted here for a great price, with The Tint Shop, gentleman Mr Yazzie did an awesome job on my tint, also I came back for a new windshield, I dropped the car off, and came back to pick it up and they forgot to put my windshield in🤣🤣🤣 so they did it real quick, but did a great job, they did not charge me full price but gave me a discount on the out of pocket windshield. I recommend them again and again and thank you so much for being good at what you do”

“Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but TAG Automotive is the ONLY place we take our vehicles. Honest, reliable and affordable. I know that if I need anything from an oil change to a brand new engine, these are the guys. I trust them 100%. They put in a new engine in our Subaru last year, fixed my van when ran over something and engine dropped. Just recently they replaced the brakes, axle and just a fantastic job. “Where do I even begin? My family and I were on a cross country move from the West to the East coasts with our sedan packed to the brim and not enough leg room. As luck would have it, our AC ends up blowing warm air and what I thought would be an easy fix quickly became a big concern after basic troubleshooting lead nowhere. I called a couple local mechanics and was quoted wild prices just to be looked at. But these folks? When they returned my call, I felt as though my prayers were answered. From the first conversation on the phone, I already felt welcomed by them and knew I was in good hands. We took the car there and they immediately got to work while my family and I were comfortably seated in their lobby, including our dogs, and they even offered bowls and water for them. They took our unfortunate situation and flipped it entirely upside down. They knew within a short time span what the issue was and got our car back up and running in the time estimate they gave us. As far as the price? It was absolutely money well spent. They are very honest, transparent, and up front about pricing, and in no way did I feel any doubt about it in my mind. Their primary concern is customer satisfaction and quality work, and they delivered flawlessly. I hope nobody has to deal with sudden car breakdowns, especially during long road trips like ours.
